Ground Floor Security Office A team which takes of the in and out security of the campus. Main Gate The main gate consists of Entrance and Exit. The same gate will lead you to the basement if you have a vehicle. Heads-up If you don’t wear your ID card then you won’t be allowed to enter the campus so please wear ID cards. IPM (001) Stands for Office of Information Processing and Management. You will have to visit IPM in case of any attendance related issues and with regards to marks on the online portal. Admin Office Administration office deals with the collection of documents of the freshers. You will be collecting your ID cards later on from the same office. One of the newer additions to our lunching options. Pretty good food! Badminton Court The moments when it’s vacant, Quadrangle becomes our makeshift badminton court where you can steam off the academic ‘rigour’ with your homies. Second Floor Balcony This is where you come to do CIAs and feel generally productive, but always inevitably end up stargaz- ing and procrastinating like nothing else. But yes, if you like fresh air, while still having the indoor vibes, this is the place for you. Third SWO Office Floor The centre of operations of one of the biggest student bodies in Christ University. From props, to schedules, to student lists, you can bet this place will have any- thing you need in a pinch. Main Auditorium The centre around which our campus is built. Where every major fest, event and cel- ebration always happens. And the feeling once you get on that stage? Indescribable. Page 13
Fourth Floor 4th floor seating Colloquially, we call this the abandoned cafeteria, owing to the clearly shut down canteen right there. Realistically though? This is where we hang out when we’re late for class and the teachers don’t let us in, but we also don’t want to miss the next class. Media Staffroom Memorise this location. If any of you are interested in getting things done within the department, there’s a good bet that this will become your second home. Economics Staffroom This is important for the EMP students primarily, so JOUH students can take a moment to process the information over- load so far. One of our three majors, you can find all economics faculty here, and honestly, highly recommend having a chat with the teachers when you can; they might seem the strictest of all three departments, but are genuinely the sweetest.
