‫بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم‬ Micro teaching Teacher: Amnah kKhalaal msaeed School:al salhiya mixed secondary school I will explain the wildlife lesson for the tenth grade, and in this lesson, it will focus on reading and speaking skills, and I will use the warming activity and the group work and I will use a short exam at the end of the lesson in the assessment.

At first, the students read the class rules and I also asked the students about the day and the date and about the weather on that day.

I prepared the warming activity, which is a fun and introductory activity for the lesson. It aims to raise the students’ enthusiasm level. I wrote some words on the board and divided the students into two parts, group A and group B, where group A is opposite the board and you can read the words, and group B is opposite the board where group A Explains the word in a simple way so that the other group can know the appropriate word. I wrote a group of words related to the lesson. I wrote wildlife, polar bear, and this method needs ten minutes.

I will start by dividing the students into small groups and each group has a leader, assistant and writer where everyone should work with each other and not depend on one student.

I will ask the students to read the lesson quickly (skimming reading) and then draw a picture for each paragraph. The first group drew a picture of a polar bear, the second group drew a picture of penguins, and the third group drew a picture of a sea turtle. The students colored the pictures with beautiful colors then paste the pictures on the wall.

Then the students began to ask each other questions about the lesson, where the first group began to ask about the penguin, and the second group began to ask oral questions about the polar bear animal, where the questions were about the shape, color, and favorite food of each animal. Then the students wrote the information on a piece of paper and these were pasted the information is on the wall. Then the students began to read the information beautifully. Then I asked questions to the students so that the picture would be clearer.

Some of the students searched for new information on the Internet and provided us with useful information about wildlife. Then the students asked general questions about life on the pole and do they prefer life there, so the students began to answer the questions beautifully.

In the end, I wrote some questions about the polar bear and penguin for evaluation.
