What is AMS? Attendance Management System (AMS) is a cloud based software designed and developed by Kerala Co- operative Milk Marketing Federation. The physical presence (recorded through entries made in Bio-metric punching machine), Tour, all types of leave, permission for late joining or early leaving and manual punch and all other related aspects of attendance of employees through entries posted by the employees and approved/unapproved/rejected by their respective Controlling Officers will be recorded, maintained, controlled and monitored through the Attendance Management System. AMS ensures that attendance records are recorded in real-time, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the chances of errors or fraudulent practices. Functionalities in AMS Leave Entry Leave types will be available based on employee category(Permanent/Contract & [SO/SR]) Conditions and Leave combinations are implemented based on leave rules. Leave balance will be updated as per the entry. Leave in pending status can be edited or deleted. Double click on the particular entry to edit a particular entry. Employee will get message communication of leave status whether its approved/unapproved/reject by controlling officer. Controlling Officer will get message when employees under them post leaves. Advantages to Employees An employee can view all his/her details related to attendance. They can view their punching. They will be able to identify their absent/entry missing dates from the punching report. Employee will get message communication for miss punch in the very next day. Employee will get message communication of leave status whether its approved/unapproved/reject by controlling officer. Controlling Officer will get message when employees under them post leaves. Employee can view their Service Book in book format. He/She can view all his/her Leave/Tour/Permission/Coff entries from starting date onwards. They can view/download/print their own Leave balance. Over Time and Shift OT eligible employees has to be mentioned in employee master. Only these mentioned employees will be available for marking OT. Shift Master: Here we save all the shifts with name and time. Controlling officer will be provided facility to assign shifts of employees. Edit option also will be provided to controlling officer. Report generation in shifts will be introduced. Double duty in holiday/weekly off will be considered for eligible compensatory off.
