TEXT TRIATHLON Are you a good swimmer? Do you like riding a bike? Can you run long distance, or do you want to experience all these three sports together? Triathlon is a multi-discipline sport and it consists of swimming, cycling and running. People attend triathlon contests every year to keep themselves active and have fun. Contestants can choose their age group and compete with each other. For instance, an eight-year-old child 4 firstly swims 50 m. and rides a bicycle about 800 m., then runs 600 m., but a teenager at 19 years old swims 1.9 km and rides a bicycle at 90 km and finally runs 21 km. Unit 1

Contestants cannot have a break between the races so triathlon is not an easy sport. After the contestants swim, they arrive at the exchange zone and they take their bicycles and ride them. When they complete their cycle parkour again, they go to the exchange zone and wear their trainers and run fast and finish parkour challenge.
