Positive Negative Question Form: Subject + verb (s) Subject + don't / (Question word) + do / doesn't + verb does + subject + verb Example: I drink tea everyday. I don’t drink cola. 1B COUNTRIES AND CULTURE PRONUNCIATION A lot of words in English end with -tion. This is pronounced /shun/. A 1.3 Listen to the words. Write them down and count how many syllables each word has. Then find the stress in each word. Ac – com - mo – da – tion = 5 syllables B Listen to the words again and repeat them with your partner. SPEAKING A Read through the conversations on page118 with a partner. Then, look at the questions that are in the dialogues.
