TOGI Journal 2021 P a g e | 53 5 Agree 1 Disagree What would you suggest be put in place to assist students not to plagiarize? 1. For me everything was clearly said even you as students can do more research about plagiarism to understand more 2. For students to be directed more specifically where to find reputable sources, and to engage the students more in first on how reference should be typed out (in text, and citations) 3. Everything is in place 4. A set app to run work through. One compulsory app that all students needs to run their work through can be a good start to assist with plagiarism. 5. The work needs to be more clear. Some lecturerers say no need to refrence and then you are still checked. 6. I still find it hard on certain sites to find the author and relevant details as reference. Do you consider Turnitin as a solution to the problem of student plagiarism? 4 Yes 2 No
