One day,an English Lord  goes up  the Acropolis to  take  the six Marble  Maidens  away.But he  manages totake just one  of them  withhim...

So,he asks the Turks toascend the hill at nightand steal the rest ofthem for him. At night ,the Turks ...but he tells the Turks to get to the castle at night angd oca ruryp th et hreest  ohf itlhle mt ofo rt ahikme the .  Maidens.

BuBtut, ,wwhheenn tthheeyy ggeett tthheerree,,tthheeyy aarere ssccaarreedd ttoo ddeeaatthh !!!! The marble Maidens  are crying and calling for their stolen sister! The whole hill echoes their  dirge!

The Turks flee away and  they never go  back  to  annoy the Maidens. A lot of people,below the castle, can ,still,  hear the Maidens cry...

...asking  for their sister!
