I don't see theappropriateness of a mediation in answering my request to work in a hostile and discrimination free en^ronment. i was deniedprotection from the agency for my physical and emotional well being and denied an opportunity to protect myself. Your lack ofacknowledgement of the issues and your insistence on reducing this issue to a personality conflict lesve but no alternative but tocease employment with The Gathering Piacs. Please forward my requests of reimbursement..Jacqueiynn McDaniel • Thursday, August 21 ,iDOS America onime: JttKdan1S7S Page: 1

083033Alleged Violations:A2 - HarassmentAs reported by CSO Nash, on March 29.2008 (PCS# 0800260): On Friday, March 29, 2008 I responded to Wesley Hall to meet with ||||||jflConrad (#^ ^ H | ) regarding unwanted telephone contact (and attention) he has received from fellow University of Denver student; Jacquelynn McDaniel (# 871637872) Both parties are Grad Students, Conrad is currently registered in Education & Administration Policy Studies. McDaniel is registered in Human Communications. Conrad explained the following to me: n That he had had. a verbal disagreement during a class (Human Communications Studies) at the Sturm Hall Building in the Fall of 2007 with McDaniel. (Unknown date or time) n That McDaniel (described as a 5' 8\" approx. 180 lbs. light skinned African-American) then showed up at his place of employment, Overland High School a few weeks after the disagreement. - It was assumed that McDaniel was there for no other reason, than to make contact with Conrad, - McDaniel was seen wandering the hallway of the school by an Administrator from the Deans Office by the name of Charla Rosenberry. - Rosenberry contacted McDaniel and asked what business she had at the school. - McDaniel stated that she was there to see a \"white teacher\" and went on. to describe Bradley Conrad, although she did not know his name at the time. - McDaniel was sent away by Rosenberry; Rosenberry then alerted Conrad about the visit. n Conrad stated that he had reported this information to Campus Safety (in the Fall of 2007) after he became concerned over McDaniehs unexplained attention towards him. n He had also filed a report with Overland High Schools \"Resource Officer' (Ray Dominguez), n The Resource Officer apparently did some investigating and reported to Conrad that McDaniel has a \"rapp sheet\". -- The Resource officer stated to Conrad that he told McDaniel not to contact Conrad again. n Conrad received no further contact, until this past week, (Tuesday, March 25th, 2008) when he found a voice mail on his Overland H.S. work phone extension from McDaniel. n McDaniel said t:in a friendly voice that she wished to speak with Conrad.\" 1 oil Pages
