After Mass Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help It is a great idea to publish a periodical parish bulletin. We have Monday - Friday: 07:00 PM Malayalam. Half an hour adoration before Mass been trying this for quite a long time and now it is here. News First Friday after Mass: Adoration for Blessed Sacraments bulletins are one mode of church communication and can be a Youth Mass: Second Friday Every Month platform for the various writing talents to showcase their Confession: Every Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM creativity to the Parish community. We are publishing the first issue this month. We still have to set Upcoming Events up a team under PRO and decide the publishing frequency and formats. While some issues may be printed, all issues are available March 19 | St. Joseph Day as a PDF. April 7 - 10 | Annual Retreat April 10 | Palm Sunday The bulletin contents can include Church announcements, Mass April 14 | Holy Thursday schedules, Death anniversaries, Birthdays, Anniversary wishes, April 15 | Good Friday Church events reports, Articles, and many more. Pastor's Message WHAT!!!!!..... I AM BEING WATCHED…..? On a Holy Thursday after Mass, a family stopped at the altar to pray. The five-year-old daughter watched that many of the parishioners kneel to pray and looked reverently at the Blessed Sacrament. As they were leaving she asked, “Why do they kneel down and look like that?” Her father answered that it was before Jesus they were kneeling because they loved him. She innocently replied, “But if Jesus is in all of us, why don’t they look at each other that way?” It is true that our children are watching us in all our actions. The way we talk to each other, the things we do in our daily lives, the co-relation between our actions and speech, how serious are we in our faith. Faith is the cornerstone of our spirituality. As Knanaya Community we need to keep our traditions too. Our Holy Catholic Church always upholds Faith and Traditions. As we are approaching the Season of Lent, we need to be serious in our Lenten Observances. It is an opportunity to be more closer to God. Prayer, Fasting, and Arms Giving are the basic observances of Lent. May God bless you all. Fr.
