5 of 15 He/she has not been involved in graft and corruption and does not possess unexplained wealth.
6 of 15 He/she has adequate knowledge, education, skills and experience in what is necessary for the desired position, and has a tangible record of accomplishments from his/her previous post.
7 of 15 He/she has a political will, especially in relation to the implementation of the laws of the land and the protection of the interests of our country.
8 of 15 He/she is a law-abiding citizen, righteous, fair and is committed to upholding the law of the country and to fighting for what is right.
9 of 15 He/she has a clear and concrete program and platform for leadership. He/she implements programs that address widespread poverty and works to fight illegal drugs and smuggling in the country.
10 of 15 He/she uses the country’s financial resources judiciously and does not use any government fund for personal gain, such as improper use of DAP and Pork Barrel.
11 of 15 He/she protects and makes good use of the natural resources of the country.
12 of 15 He/she does not believe nor promote that the leadership positions of the land must be controlled by a select few families/clans or political dynasties.
13 of 15 He/she lives according to his/her faith in God and abides by God’s commandments.
