Key Personnel Mr. Shaik Khaja Mohiuddin, Founder and Director- Khaja has over 20 years of excellence in NDT quality assurance and inspection areas. He has strong track of performance in challenging & multi cultural environment encompassing various industries like Aerospace, oil & Gas, Construction ship building etc. He is a mechanical engineering graduate with certification in ASNT Level 3 (ET,UT,RT,MT & PT) and PCN Level lll (UT, PAUT & ToFD). He is heading the organization with unique blend of visionary leadership, 'can do’ attitude, expert knowledge and enormous experience in teaching, inspection & consultancy. He is leading the technique development for varied application using advanced NDT. He is also guiding team in development of scanner for advanced UT application and flaw specimensMr. Sirajul Hameed Masroor, Director- Siraj has over 20 year of experience inNDT, Welding inspection and quality control. He has worked in differentcountries covering industries like Refineries, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas,Construction, Marine and aerospace etc. He is a mechanical engineeringgraduate with certification in ASNT/ACCP Level 3 (UT,RT,MT & PT) and PCNLevel lll (UT, PAUT, ToFD, PT & MT). He is heading the training division in theorganization and involved in consultancy & inspection services. He has vastexperience in inspection testing, training & consultancy. As Director fortraining, he drives the company in development of PCN and other trainingcourses in various methods Mr. Ismail Mohsin, Technology Consultant- Mohsin has experience of over 8 years in conventional and advanced NDT methods. He has worked in India, Middle East, Egypt and South East Asia covering industries like Oil and Gas, Refinery, Cross country pipelines, Petrochemical and Marine sector. He is a post graduate in science (M.Sc. Industrial Electronics) and Technology (M.Tech. NDT). He holds certification in ASNT NDT Level III (UT, ET). He is currently working in development of advanced NDT techniques for various applications. He has co-authored two technical papers on Ultrasonic testing which have been accepted for publication in acclaimed journals. He also conducts training in conventional and advanced NDT and supports in development of training programs.Mr. Dheeraj Ravichandran, Systems Engineer- Dheeraj is one of the world’syoungest NDT Level III with expertise in modeling NDT system, developmentof technical documents & fabrication of natural defects for qualificationpurpose. He holds a B.Tech (Hons.) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineeringfrom IIT Kharagpur. He is currently working on exigent projects encompassingthe development of Advanced NDT solution for complex systems includingdissimilar metal weld, exotic materials like Inconel weld, duplex stainless steeletc., He has Advanced level of expertise in CIVA 11.1 - NDT simulationsoftware. He has authored numerous technical and research documents inUltrasonic Testing, presented research papers in international conferenceswhich have been accepted for publication in acclaimed journals includingASNT’s Materials Evaluation. He has served as Research Fellow at TheUniversity of Warwick in the field of Innovative Energy storage system.

Pressure Vessel Welds Pressure vessels inspections are very critical and challenging. It needs strong technical backingand resources to meet the production schedule. Storage Tank Welds Storage tank inspection involves different thickness welds and cross-section of vertical andhorizontal welds. Our inspection techniques are developed using CIVA simulation software.
