WINNING MOVES FREEDOM

Objective This document provides overview of what can be funded post relaxation of lockdowns. This is a subset of CREDIT GUIDELINES of Regular and Apna Ghar Products and will be updated from time to time. 2

WHO CAN BE FUNDED ? A. SALARIED Regular Salary Receipt in latest two months before disbursement – Bank and Cash Salaried Upto 25% Pay-cut during lockdown but stable salary receipt in latest two months – eligibility basis reduced salary. Applicants with pay cut of more than 20% but up to 25% will require pre login approval from NBH. Employees not part of negative list of segments A. SELF EMPLOYED All segments except negative segments for Regular Home Loan, Apna Ghar and Micro LAP Only specific positive segments for regular LAP and regular NRP. Any proposal which is other than specific positive segment (but not from negative segment) shall require pre login approval from NBH. Final approval to happen jointly between ZPM and Head-Credit Risk. 3

POSITIVE SEGMENT FOR REGULAR LAP AND NRP SALARIED Regular Salary Receipt in latest two months before disbursement – Bank Salaried Upto 20% Pay-cut during lockdown but stable salary receipt in latest two months – eligibility basis reduced salary SELF EMPLOYED Kirana / Grocery Stores / FMCG dealer / distributor Pharma Value Chain – Medical stores / Distributors / Manufacturers / Wholesalers APMC traders Gas Distributors Petrol Pump Owners Stationery shops / manufacturers Retail shops like hardware, Garments, Laundry, Tailors, Repair Shops, Electronics, Furniture and Fixtures, Salons, Sweet shops, Bakery etc Wholesale traders connected with positive segment listed herein Service industry w.r.t. Insurance and investment consultants, authorized service centers, registered coaching (academic / fine arts / extra curricular) institutes currently operating through online, interior decorators, BAMS / BDS / Ayurvedic doctors Agri Industry – Wholesaler and retailer of agricultural equipments, farm equipments and agri related products Packaging Industry Medical Testing labs Waste management companies Transportation companies involved in movement of goods. Self-employed Professionals like CA, CS, CWA, Doctors (MBBS and above), Architects, lawyers Any LAP / NRP proposal, other than positive segment above (but not from negative sector) shall require Pre login approval from NBH. Final approval to be ZPM and Head Policy and Credit Risk level. 4

FUNDING TO MORAT AVAILED CUSTOMERS Morat Availed What is allowed Morat 1.0 only (during March 1 2020 to May 31, 2020) Can be funded. Morat 2.0 only (during June 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020) Can be funded subject to ; 1. EMI for September 2020 and October 2020 cleared without any bounce. 2. EMI deferred during moratorium is pre-paid. Morat 1.0 and 2.0 (during March 1 2020 to August 31, 2020) Can be funded subject to ; 1. EMI for September 2020 and October 2020 cleared without any bounce. 2. EMI deferred during moratorium is pre-paid. Not availed Can be funded. 5
