Disbursement Memo DM duly signed and stamped by TPM/RPM Cases with Loan Amount 1 crore and above should be approved by RPM or Above Any alteration in DM needs to be duly authenticated and signed by TPM DMA/ Counsellor Code to be cross checked from Application form/ APS. Property details to be correctly entered as per Technical report; APF flagging to be done in APS Details of Link Loan is mentioned on DM 4

On NACH, Account Type, Account No, Bank Name, IFSC Code, MICR No to be cross checked with cancelled / Security PDC. First PEMI/ EMI cheque is required in case of NACH 7

Repayment- Auto Debit AutoDebit and Security AutoDebit form is collected for Repayment from ICICI Bank account Loan amount <1 Crore, Security AutoDebit for is collected. AutoDebit mandate and Security AutoDebit forms are verified from Bank PEMI cheques are not required to be collected in AutoDebit 10
Accepted Sanction Letter Sanction Letter should be on the Letter head of ICICI HFC Application No, Applicant and Co-applicant details and signatures needs to be cross verified with Application form. Signature to be done on all the pages of Sanction Letter Loan Amount, ROI Type, EMI, Tenure, HPLR, Rate of Interest, Margin, Scheme and Promotion Code, AF and PF Amount, Sourcing channel details should match with the DM In case of Loan Enhancement revised Sanction Letter & Re-Credit sheet required. For Loan Downsize, request letter from customer can be considered No manual corrections allowed in sanction letter. Also, validity of Sanction letter to be verified 11
MITC & Facility Agreement Facility agreement duly filled, signed by all applicants and stamped as per State Stamp Act. TPM to verify the Facility agreement and sign by affixing stamp on page no. 19 Loan Amount, ROI, Effective ROI, EMI Start & Due Date and Property details to be cross verified with Disbursement memo, Legal and Technical reports Affidavit cum Undertaking in the disbursement booklet is signed and all details are filled ( for resale/ self construction cases) Facility agreement or Disbursement Booklet shouldn't be damaged. Damaged facility agreement and damaged disbursement booklet is not acceptable Avoid corrections. If done to be duly authenticated by all Applicants and TPM. 12
DRF & RTGS Form Disbursal Request Amount on DRF should match with DM Acknowledgement of DRF to be handed over to customer (Counterfoil should not be available at the time of NDC) For Builder cases, Demand letter and NOC from Builder to be documented RTGS form to be completely filled Fund transfer / cheque should not be done in NRE account. Fund transfers should be preferred mode of payment to avoid cheque printing and handling 13
POP Sheet and OTC sheet Transaction wise POP sheet needs to be available. All the received documents should be properly numbered and it should match with POP sheet numbering POP sheet should be signed & stamped by TPM OTC Checklist copy to be enclosed and completely filled up All Deviations needs to be marked properly, deviation sheet signed and stamped by TPM 14
Insurance Duly filled in proposal form / consent form duly signed by the customer (person being insured) - Copy to be retained in the docket ACR (Agent Confidentiality report) duly signed by the Specified Person (SP) who is attached to the branch in which the case is being booked Cheque Copies / payment confirmation receipt (in case of online payment) to be uploaded in I-Disburse Copy of duly acknowledged CMS deposit slip to be available 15
PMAY and Annual household Income Declaration PMAY declaration to be collected at the time of Loan Sanction. This is in addition to intent shown by customer in Application form PMAY declaration includes PMAY NDC checklist signed by TPM, PMAY self declaration, PMAY calculation sheet. The declaration taken should be completely filled Annual Household Income declaration to be collected for all Home loans upto 18 lacs and where annual income is upto 18 lacs 16
