Exercise What will you do? Save the Excel file in 3-4 different file formats or different extensions.

Guidelines What will be the steps to get the output? • Open the workbook for which you want to change the format. Go to the FILE tab. • It will open a left pane window. There are a lot of options available in this pane. • Click on Save As option as shown below. • It will open a dialog box select location and click on save type the drop-down • Select the format and click on OK.

Learning Outcome You will be able to save an Excel file in 3 to 4 different file formats or file extensions.
