From there, we’d love to meet you! Let’s schedule a time to chat here at studio HQ to discuss the deets in greater detail. Tell us your story! How’d you two meet? How’d the proposal go down? What’s your overall vision for the Big Day? This will give us a chance to answer any questions you have & talk about what’s most important on your wedding day. We’d love to chat regularly, so keep in touch, send us lots of stuff, we can never ETAIL have too much information about your style and images you are drawn to. A 5 few months before your wedding, we’ll start really getting down to work & we’ll schedule our last big pre-wedding meeting. Here, we’ll cross our ‘T’s & dot our IT’S ‘I’s, finalize your timeline & review any other details you may have incorporated since we chatted last. step This is a great opportunity for us to connect with you as couple one more time 6 before you tie the knot. The final stretch can be an exciting but hectic time. We’ve got you covered. You’re in good hands. THE big D A Y Here’s a little secret: today is for celebrating each other. Be fully vested in ever y moment, planned or spontaneous. You’ve made your lists, you’ve checked them twice (probably more), you’ve dreamt big, thought practically & considered the micro down to every last place setting. Now it’s time to sit back, relax & enjoy the ride! When your wedding day arrives, all you need to do is show up & be present. Leave the rest to us! POST AFTER THE ‘i dos’ step It generally takes 4-6 weeks to process your wedding images (but don’t worr y, you’ll definitely get to see some images before that!) 7 When your photos are ready, we’ll schedule a time for you to see your TAY I slideshow on the big screen at studio HQ. If you are not in town, we’ll send you a slideshow telling the stor y of your day, as well as a link to the image galler y step where you and your guests can view the images & order prints directly. 8 From here, we’ll start designing your wedding album & any additional printed items you’d like to order, such as wall portraits & wedding party thank you gifts. A Second Photographer for the Big Day- because it’s always nice to have a little help from your friends. An Online Slideshow because it’s a great way to tell the story of your day. An Online Gallery so that you can share your images with your guests. A Proof Book because it’s always nice to see your images in print. 7

We get so much pleasure from picking a series of images and carefully crafting them into a narrative. We work with you to create a custom album design, with simple, beautiful layouts that focus strongly on the images. your Engagement session ...because this is our practice run for the big day (and it’s included!) ...and even if you think it might be cheesy, it could be fun! ...because chances are good these will be your first professional photos as a couple. H O W IT W O R K S : Let us know when you will be in town. We’ll talk through your ideas, pick a location that feels like you, and go out and spend some time capturing some playful images. ...and then A couple weeks later, we’ll send you an online gallery. We love to help you through the process of getting your images printed and on your walls. Don’t forget that you’ve got the print credit from your wedding collection, so let’s get you some printed images to enjoy! 15
