The budget is supported by the revenue of the university and budget from the government and private agencies as scholarships for students. Luk Bua Sawan Kitchen Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has a significant policy to encourage 'Luk Bua Sawan' with full strength, to provide the student opportunity and to reduce economic inequality. Recently, the university has just established 'Luk Bua Sawan Kitchen' project for students who are needy and experiencing economic problems to join in growing vegetables within the university area. The area is behind the football field. The students can harvest and cook food by themselves according to sufficiency economy philosophy. 1 3 8 10 12 2. Recently, the university has just established 'Luk Bua Sawan Kitchen' project for students who are needy and experiencing economic problems to join in growing vegetables within the university area. The students can harvest and cook food by themselves according to sufficiency economy philosophy. 3.To move forward with self-sufficiency, follow His Majesty's footsteps Learning Center, RMUTT RMUTT has created “to move forward with self-sufficiency, follow His Majesty's footsteps Learning Center, RMUTT”. The students from the seedling club, organic agriculture, general students along with officers from the university had worked together to bring the concept of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the real-life practice by growing vegetables, animal farming, bringing the produce to cook and distribute within the university. 1 3 8 10 4

ENSURE HEALTHY LIVES AND PROMOTE WELL-BEING FOR ALL AT ALL AGES. RMUTT has operated health-related projects carried out by both the university sectors or departments and Faculty of Integrative Medicine and Faculty of Nursing. 5

RMUTT Significant Achievements 1. \"RMUTT\" to help \"students and people\" fight against COVID-19 pandemic RMUTT is a higher education institution with a vision of “creating value for society and the country” led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art. The university took part in supporting, promoting and assisting students and people in the community who are in dire need at this time. During the first period of the Corona Virus pandemic, RMUTT has mobilized to produce alcohol-based hand sanitizing gels and facial masks to prevent infection for agencies both within the university and the community around the area. As the epidemic situation became more severe, the Field Hospital has been opened in the university area for Covid-19 patients in the green group. Positive Pressure Swab Room had been installed. The executives, lecturers, officers and students were required to strictly follow the regulations imposed by Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health. Moreover, the university opened the Royal kitchen, Executive Vice President of the Thai Red Cross Society. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Tej Bunnag, Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society as honored guest of the ceremony. Also present were the Governor of Pathum Thani Province, Prime Minister of the Pathum Thani Red Cross Society, Deputy Prime Minister of the Pathum Thani Red Cross Society and Department Heads of Government attended the ceremony. The kitchen was located at the Faculty of Home Economics Technology building, RMUTT. The purpose was to prepare freshly cooked food and distribute to the people and less privileged in Pathum Thani. It was the 13th Royal kitchen established during the pandemic. In addition, RMUTT has established Field Hospital in the university area which is able to accommodate the infected cases up to 100 cases. The operations of this field hospital had implemented under the advice of the Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health. The building systems, waste management systems and air management systems must be safe. There must be medical and public health personnel closely supervising. Different zones must be properly organized to prevent the spread of infection. In the future, there will be an additional of 50 beds accommodation. However, the university had requested more mattresses to be used in field hospitals from the National Research Office (NRCT) due to the lack of mattresses. NRCT, therefore, had delivered 200 innovative sets of latex mattresses to the university as requested. Volunteering and Applied Thai Traditional Medicine program and Integrating for Community Science program (Health and Beauty Technology) students from Faculty of Integrative Medicine, RMUTT 5 10 16 17 had created some voluntary activities to provide health services at Lumpini Township, Khlong 1, Pathum Thani Province. 3. RMUTT Significant Achievements 1. Lifelong Learning RMUTT has a concept to support lifelong learning by employing a step-by-step plan for an appropriate learning process. The students and graduates could enjoy their university lives until graduation. By establishing Life Long Learning Education Academy, improving workforce, active aging using MOOCS and Credit Bank, the graduates, therefore, would meet the needs of the labor market and keeping abreast with the social changes and problems and the country’s economy. The concept focuses on improving study result transfer system of formal education, informal education and working experience, and developing human resources for organizations using work-based learning system and re-skill labor system in the industrial sector in order to support Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing and service sectors and developing human resources to support Digital Transformation. Moreover, it focuses on developing online learning media and lessons that support Life Long Learning and can be developed into online courses (Massive Open Online Courses, MOOCs), promoting and supporting media creation and development. It also enhances digital technology education for quality and standardized lifelong learning, and can be widely accessed without limitation of time and place. 5 8 9 10 16 2. RMUTT up skill During COVID-19 pandemic, RMUTT had operated a learning management system to develop personnel potential of the organization which was RMUTT up skill. It is a system that can create a learning experience and provide knowledge in accordance with the lifestyle in the digital era. It aims to combine innovations in multimedia, Internet, assessment systems, academic results reporting, data security and the convenience of learning together. The officers can access new knowledge and skills by themselves through online platform without limitations of time and place. 3. Learning Management System or DLearn@RMUTT 5 8 9 10 16 It is a system that the Office of Academic Resources and Information 10 Technology had created and developed together with the faculty/college for online education. DLearn@RMUTT is an online teaching management system that gives a classroom-like atmosphere. It can be called LMS (Learning Management System). The students, lecturers and officers who are interested can access RMUTT D-Learn system to manage teaching and learning by themselves. For instance, lesson plans and teaching materials preparation, tasks assigning, and taking examination. Moreover, the students can take classes online any time which is suitable for Flipped Classroom. Lastly, the students and lecturers can attend online conference through the platform.

RMUTT Significant Achievements 1. Saeng Tawan Housekeeper Group community enterprise Bua Luang’ banana fiber fabric is an ongoing research that creates sustainability for Saeng Tawan Housekeeper Group community enterprise. It was conducted at Kai Tia temple Vocational Skills Training Center, Pathum Thani. Nowadays, Bua Luang banana fiber fabric is Pathum Thani’s provincial fabric. The innovation was for solving waste management problems for the communities in Pathum Thani. The project is funded by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI). The banana fibers were researched and developed in fashion and home textiles. The banana leftovers were turned into banana fiber by spinning the banana stalks and leaf sheaf of banana tree into yarn. The special property of ‘Bua Luang’ banana fiber is that it is really light in weight and definitely wearable. RMUTT representatives implement knowledge to further develop banana fiber fabric with 7 patterns and ready to be manufactured in order to meet the needs of the awaiting customers. 12

RMUTT Significant Achievements Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has passed the assessment from Model Government Building on Wastewater Management in 2020 project and also has been regarded as a “model government building in wastewater management” from Pollution Control Department (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Thailand) 14

ENSURE ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE, RELIABLE, SUSTAINABLE AND MODERN ENERGY FOR ALL 15

1. Green University Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi focuses on Energy management by the university's vehicles mainly adapted to NGV gas and electric power. To help reduce the issue of pollution, and conserve electricity the university encouraged university personnel and students to turn off the lights when not in use. The water cooler has to be unplugged at 3:00 p.m. In addition, solar panels are used to generate electricity. Replace air conditioners that are more than 15 years old, which can reduce electricity bills by 15%, save up to 7 million baht per year on electricity bills. Moving forward to conserve electricity by encouraging the staff and students to participate. It is believed that the behaviors practiced at this university will be practiced and become a habit. Until finally bringing this energy-saving method to use at home which shows that Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi seriously pays attention to being a green university. 16

RMUTT Significant Achievements 1 Plant genetic conservation projects under the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn responded by Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi The plant genetic conservation projects under the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn aims to develop the personnel and plant genetics resources for the maintenance of plant varieties and the development to be advantageous for the farmer and business sectors. In response to the project, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has adopted the university's knowledge to undertake several activities. The activities undertaken by the university consist of plant genetic protection, surveying, plant genetics collection, preservation planting activities, utilization activities of plant genetics, protection and conservation encouragement of plant genetic, and other extra supporting activities. The results of those activities complying with the royal project's objective have reached the plant diversity protection and utilization goals with a high value. 39

RMUTT Significant Achievements 2 A bio-extract with bio-stimulating nano microorganisms and a nano bio-fertilizer use for organic farming The Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi has transferred a cultivating technology to protect the local ecosystem of organic farming in Pathumthani Province. This cultivating technology uses fertilizer, a bio-extract with bio-stimulating nano micro-organisms, and a nano bio-fertilizer in vegetable planting. The goals of adopting are to increase productivity, reduce costs, and protect the local ecosystem while keeping organic farming in quality compliance with EU standards. Hereupon, the project operation is an opportunity for RMUTT's students to integrate their learning experience about the environment to solve the problem of acid soil pollution, adapting the harmful pollutants stimulating reduction together with the THAN micro-organisms. 40

RMUTT Significant Achievements 1. The anti-corruption policy Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-art, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, has announced his Anti-Corruption Policy. It aims to prevent and suppress any activities in the university that may cause the results of corruption. Any person who found the activities to be corrupt can directly contact the president or vice president of internal and special affairs. 2. The integrity and transparency in the operation of government agencies Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi intends to perform government administration duties and services with integrity and transparency. Good governance and the sufficiency economy philosophy are fundamental principles of the university direction. The university conducts every operation of the internal departments with awareness and responsibility complying with the anti-corruption policy. All activities in the university have to be transparent. \\Equity and equality are other criteria that the university has concerned. RMUTT does not restrict the differences of age, gender, religion, nationality, or others. RMUTT welcomes all people who have a suitable ability and capability to be our students and staff. 42

RMUTT, RMUT Universities and NXPO organized the new milestone strategic workshop on 1 -3 November 2021 at Pattaya Thailand. RMUTT entered an MOU with 8 RMUT universities and NXPO establish the Strategic package for 9 RMUT. The important strategic package are 1. Innovative Manpower 2. Transforming Agriculture, Industry, Tourism by ONE RMUT Excellence & Resources 3. Empowering Entrepreneur & Community on RMUT diversities 4. Accelerating RMUT Digital Transformation To empower the communities, RMUT launched the resilience communities project under SDGs Theme. The sustained community will be developed under our innovation and green development. 44

BCG INNOPOLITIAN by RMUTT RMUTT and Talabangkla Riviera Resort launched BCG innopolitian project at Talabangkla Riviera Resort. Material design in BCG innopolitian was under 5R model. The renewable energy infrastructure was designed by RMUTT researchers. BCG innopolitian project is not only innovation showcased exhibition but the sustainability social lab for students and communities will be held too. 45
