Regular Meeting Attended are: Wednesday Coordination, Thursday Lab Equipment. 2. Current Design Drawing Completion Level : Permit dated 12/16/16, working on changes For Construction drawings 3. Current Design Assist: Circuiting Lighting QA QC will be complete to Lily on 3/22/2017and Power for Office Areas, response for larger panels answered 3/20/2017. Level 4 complete 3/24/2017. levels 2 & 3 revived 3/17/2017 to be complete 3/29/2017. Note Power for all floors are still lacking AV and Office equipment power requirements for dedicated circuits. 4. Lab Lighting and Controls Re-Estimate due to McCarthy/Gilead by 4/5/17. Office Lighting and Controls Re-Estimate due to McCarthy/Gilead by 4/11/17 5. All Up-Dated Drawings and one line drawings need to be date stamped Value Engineering: 1. $<882,430> reduce pending, $507,914 add pending, $<307,480> rejected, and $<1,120,820> of work integrated. 2. Our latest version of the log is 02/24/17 and needs updating, last VA/VE Meetings 01/19/17. 3. There are log suggestions regarding VE's used at other Gilead buildings (NB-357) that need EEOR feedback. 4. Per E-mail from Wane Peterin dated 3-16-2017 lighting and control revised pricing due 4/11/2017 RFI Status: 1. Rosendin RFI 035 Submitted on 3/20/2017, Response needed by 03/24/2017 2. REI RFI Status - (38) Total, (26) Completed, (3) New, (2) Submitted, (3) Returned, (2) Draft Submittal Status: 1. REI Submittals 26 0500, 26 0519, 26 0533, and 26 0543 have been submitted not yet responded to 2. REI Submittals 26 0554, 26 0553, 26 2726, and 26 2727 are currently being developed for submission 3. We would like to discuss the breakdown requirements for submittal packages. PCO Status: 1. PCO 001 & 002 have been approved and included in Part A contract 2. We are currently on revision #4 of work to be done prior to 05/31/17 - R2 was submitted on 3-16-17. 3. All PCO's will require final design / confirming RFI's for accurate PCO pricing, until then pricing is ROM. 4 . PCO #006 for H fixtures to be revised 5. PCO 007 Has been submitted for Porcurement of equipment with long lead time. Look Ahead Concerns: 1. We need release of funds to immediately place long lead equipment purchase orders. 2. We receive changed drawings and other documents as un-dated bootleg information. We welcome your comments related to this communication and are willing to provide additional details and backup.
