ShopNBC is a very popular American cable and broadcast shopping network located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is owned by NASDAQ:VVTV (Value Vision Media) in which 37 percent are owned by NBC Universal.
Value Vision is the first owner of the network. The business started to cater to costumers nationwide since 1991 after being a local shopping program aired as an afternoon show in 1990. During the early 2000, drastic changes were made. Value Vision became ShopNBC.
