INDEPENDENT AGENT AGREEMENT

THA HIGH CAT INDEPENDENT  AGENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between THA HIGH CAT and THA HIGH CAT INDEPENDENT AGENT AGREEMENT IT IS AGREED as follows: AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES The Agent will undertake the Activities in a professional manner   The Agent is fully responsible for complying with all requirements, statutory or otherwise, which are applicable to persons promoting and selling THA HIGH CAT products and paying all costs, and expenses associated with his/ her business activities including transportation cost. The Agent must order products only on her/his own agent account.   The Agent may not promote THA HIGH CAT products in any manner which is likely to mislead or deceive potential customers. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Agent must do nothing to bring THA HIGH CAT into disrepute or damage the distinctive quality of Hermanos Africa products or THA HIGH CAT name, or/and  its affiliated  Agents. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Information which is provided by the Sales Agent or THA HIGH CAT in connection with this Agreement is NOT and will NEVER be publicly or privately disclosed or divulged to no other parties, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, and is kept confidentially with stringent security measure and in compliance to the Protection Of Personal Information Act, 2013. Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPI Act) and beyond. BECOMING A THA HIGH CAT INDEPENDENT AGENT AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES A new applicant becomes a THA HIGH CAT Independent Agent fully completing and signing a THA HIGH CAT Independent Agent Agreement, which is subject to acceptance by THA HIGH CAT.    All THA HIGH CAT Independent Agent are independent agents.   All Applicants must be of legal age in their state/country of residence. Agent must provide psuedo name and mobile that will be added on the menu (Optional). Agent will be assigned an agent code, at which she/he shall maintain that code to all her/his communication mediums. Example - Telegram: @thahighcatcpt010 Wickr Me: thahighcatcpt010 Blockchain: thahighcatcpt010        Each agent is responsible for her/his own business decisions and expenditures, and for the payment of self-employment taxes required by Federal, state and local laws were applicable.     No fees other than those stated in official THA HIGH CAT Independent Agent Agreement are required of agents. THA HIGH CAT INDEPENDENT AGENT MODEL AGENT PRICING THA HIGH CAT maintains the right to change product prices at any time, prior notice will be communicated. Product pricing and menu shall be concluded by THA HIGH CAT, and should be maintained as such. Adjustments will be permitted based on equitable & rational reason. (Example - Geographical location) ORDERING All purchase orders are subject to product availability An agent is responsible for placing regular, timely orders following the established order-submission and payment schedules, and paying in full for her/his previous order prior to submitting her/his current order. Mediums of order placing: Telegram - @thahighcat Wickr me – thahighcat Block chain messenger – thahighcat   Proof of payment emailed to: [email protected] TRANSPORTATION CHARGES THA HIGH CAT will provide transportation on merchandise ordered on schedule to all Agents in good standing, and the transportation charges will be absorbed by the agent. EARNINGS & COMMISSION THA HIGH CAT offers  Agent two revenue earning streams. 1.     Procurement of all THA HIGH CAT Products at Thirty percent (30%) less the selling price. An Agent shall enjoy another Ten percent (10%) off, on stock procurement above Twenty Thousand Rand (R20 000.00).   2.   Tiered commission structure, based on the successful sales of the THA HIGH CAT products per month by agent. SALES COMMISSION SALES OF R 5000.00 PLUS 5% COMMISSION SALES OF R10 000.00 PLUS 7.5% COMMISSION SALES OF R15 000.00 PLUS 10% COMMISSION SALES OF R20 000.00 PLUS 12.5% COMMISSION As a THA HIGH CAT Independent Agent, it is important to understand the processes through which you receive your earnings, and following these the above guidelines will enable you to reach more Customers and increase your earnings while protecting the integrity of the THA HIGH CAT and other Agents.
