Ohio IRP One of the most common questions being asked by truckers who are new one of the first questions asked by new truckers is \"What is IRP?\" The aim of the IRP International Registration Plan is to simplify the procedure of collecting and disbursing commercial motor registration fees for carriers. It also permits carriers to be able to operate across state lines without the requirement for a separate permit for each state within which they accumulate mileage.
