A record number of entries were received and it was a tough job to pick just six finalists for the shortlist, and an even closer finish for top place shows a lot of love for apprentices among our customers. Well done to Billy who won this year’s competition. There were lots of positive comments about all our entries, showing the value that our apprentices bring to the industry. GRIMSBY REFIT As our second ever LEW branch, LEW Grimsby needed a refit, to keep up to date with the demands of customers. The Sales Counter has tripled in size, enabling us to offer a faster counter service. An extended mezzanine floor and additional warehouse space in an adjacent unit has doubled our stock capacity. Great Customer Experience is the cornerstone of LEW’s sucess. I think you will agree this is a huge improvement. We held an Open Event Week commencing 21st through to 25th February, and gave away several exciting prizes for customers. LEW ONLINE On Tuesday 3rd May, LEW will be switching over to a new ERP system. This change will see our systems being updated which will allow us to offer an expanded service to our customers. Part of this change will involve updating our website and app called LEW Online. This will replace our existing online platform and provide significant benefits.
