A SHORT MESSAGE FROM ANDY JOHNSON Welcome to the first edition of LEWs NEWs in 2023. I hope you have all had a great Christmas and had time to relax with family over the festive period. First and foremost I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues for their dedication and hard work throughout the year it is really appreciated. Also on behalf of everyone at LEW, a huge thank you to our customers both old and new that continue to support us on a daily basis. Employee experience is a key value at LEW. We have seen some great career development from within the business during 2022, with a growing number of internal promotions across the company. Our commitment to nurture new talent into the business with our apprenticeship programme continues for a second year. A cohort of seven young people across all departments started their journey with LEW in November. It is already clear to see that we have some real quality joining our teams. It will be exciting to see how they develop in their roles this year and beyond. We will continue to strengthen our branch network in 2023. Our plan is to open two new branches and relocate one of our existing branches, again this will provide opportunity for further internal promotions during the year. Customer experience is already a key value at LEW and will be even more relevant during this period of uncertainty. We know we must strive to be the best at the basics. Delivering an unforgettable experience is, without doubt, the key to strong long term customer relationships. I hope you enjoy the first copy of the year. As ever, for colleagues and customers, my door is always open if there is something you want to discuss. All the best Andy Johnson Managing Director 4 ORDER ONLINE 24/7 FOR FREE WITH THE LEW APP GET THE LATEST NEWS & EVENTS ONLINE www.lewelectrical.co.uk
