Bin changes can be scheduled by count, by time or now by weight. The PCL-100 system’s compact size along with its caster design allow mobile operation. Applications for the PCL-100 parts collector include springs, stampings, screws, plastic parts, etc. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) panel allows connection of the PCL-100 parts collector with the production machine for automatic operation.
