FOREWORD The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia UTM Student Section is a society established to promote advancement in Science, Technology, and the Profession of Engineering in all disciplines and to facilitate the exchange of ideas related to engineering. This student section ensures that all the programs arranged in the university fits the government criteria and also meet the demand in the engineering sector to create vibrant and competent future engineers. Moreover, this club is dedicated to the welfare of its members, networking among students and professionals in the real world.

STUDENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT Job Description Act as liaison between IEM-UTM and UTM engineering students Oversee the administrative tasks along with Honorary Secretary Admin for our social media accounts

EXTERNAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT Job Description Identifies potential partners and initiates relationships Creating a positive public image for IEM-UTM Maintaining strategic partnerships between IEM-UTM and outside parties Acquire sponsorship for future events

MULTIMEDIA & PUBLICITY DEPARTMENT Job Description Create digital promotional materials (Posters, videos etc) Plan and design the overall layout of our website and social media accounts

LOGISTICS & TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Job Description In charge of event venue in both operations and capacity Organize transportation activities Record, maintain and report IEM-UTM property Execute logistics plan to move inventories to reach destinations on schedule

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Job Description Coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of IEM-UTM members Monitor and evaluate IEM-UTM internal system to ensure they are current and effective
