Advocates want to make it to 5 percent, but contractors say the 5 percent requirement leaves them with empty rentals and the 5 percent request does not match the actual need and ADA rental facilities remain empty. Meeting with the advocates did not go well. Reaching out to HUD to see how we can close out the complaint even as we are at a stalemate with the local folks.
