Our Vision At Money Matters our vision is to promote inancial literacy around the globe. With content which is engaging and is creative in such sort of way that the students just get hooked to it. We aim at creating a inancially independent India. And we think the best way to do that will be by going to schools and non pro it institutions and give live sessions, depending on the institutions preferences we can either conduct a seminar or a webinar. But a seminar is always preferable. With the no. of students connecting through Money Matters increasing slowly the goal that is set by the core team is not much far away. We believe that taking small steps towards out goals is the optimum way to achieve it. The fact that there is much scope and this area is very well scalable and the thing that we have interns like you joining us makes it possible in every manner to scale this up and achieve the goals of the organisation. Guidelines For Heads & Co-Heads at Money Matters 1. Anyone working at the position of a Head or a Co-Head will have high responsibility. 2. Heads and Co-Heads will be directly reporting to the Founder and Co-Founders. 3. There will be a compulsory only Heads and Co-Heads meeting every weekend Saturday at 9 pm and may be extended to 10pm depending on the no. of participants for the meetings available. 4. Compulsory Quorum for the meeting is at least 80% of the no. of Team Heads and Co-Heads. 5. Heads and Co-Heads are expected to handle their team mates and will be responsible for any delay and any work done by their respective teams. 6. The heads are required to get the task completed by their team mates in the stipulated time period given. 7. Team Heads of Current A airs Finance, Graphic Design and Content Creation need to work with each other smoothly. 8. To make smooth functioning possible new groups (WhatsApp or telegram ) can be created by the heads after informing the founder and co founders. 9. Heads and Co-Heads are expected to make a google sheet with every team members name and the work done by them. 10. Heads and Co-Heads are very respected positions and getting promoted to one means better opportunities more authority and more responsibility along with a playing a major role in the company’s development. 11. Heads and Co-Heads need to make a Plan of Action for every month. Explaining the duties and work to be done by their team members during the course of that month. 12. Heads and Co-Heads are expected to do their research on using various features and various ways to manage teams and making the plan of action execution etc. Money Matters 5

Guidelines for Interns at Money Matters 1. All interns must follow the Plan of Action sheet given to them by their respective heads. 2. There will be a compulsory weekend meet either on Saturday or Sunday 9pm or 10pm. 3. It will be majorly to discuss the progress of our company and to keep a check on the plan of action. 4. Interns are expected to complete the tasks delegated to them on time. 5. Any delay in the completion of task must come with a valid reason. 6. With interns joining us from all backgrounds we have kept it open for any intern to claim hiatus during their exams. - But this should be done ASAP so as to give enough time to the heads in order to ind someone temporary to complete the part of the work. 7. Interns who are seen putting in e orts will be eligible for Letter Of Recommendation. 8. It is compulsory to complete some part of work to be eligible to receive the certi icates of completion. 9. Interns are free to share ideas and new ways to approach things and will very much be credited for their ideation. 10. Interns who push their limits will be rewarded with a promotion and continuation of the internship. Money Matters 6 f ff f

General Rules For All 1. If you are being over stressed with work, you need to talk with the HR head - Leesha Bindal. 2. For queries regarding Graphics Designing you need to talk with the GD head - Tanish Maheshwari 3. If by any chance you leave the Internship in middle of the internship period you won’t be given any credits. But, If you inform that you’ll be leaving 15 days before the day you’ll be leaving, along with recommending minimum of 2 candidates. You’ll be eligible for the Credits ( Certi icate Only ). 4. If you have any queries regarding the further work, you need to talk with Operations Head - Swayham Chaudhary. Money Matters 7
