PROJECT DETAILS Client’s The IT Staffing (Fixed contract/C2H/Payroll Administration) project requires deployment of Requirement employees in the category of Software Engineers to Client as per requirement. Associates will be recruited by Genius/transferred by client to Genius payroll and deputed at the Client premises. The deputed employees will further be termed as “Associates” by Genius. The Educational Qualification & Job Experience will be: as per the client requirement. The JD will be shared by Client. Salary of these Associates will be as per the minimum wages & client requirement. Genius’s A specialist team of recruiters will be involved in the project. Proposition SPOCs for recruitment will be appointed centralized/ decentralized as per requirement. Expertise in handling bulk requirements in specified TAT. A Key Account Manager for HR activities supported by zonal SPOCs will also be appointed. The Client & Associate(s) will have access to the web-enabled service. 100% Statutory Compliance. Strong Legal & Compliance team to handle a flawless process and face Govt./ Statutory Inspections. 150* ESI sub-codes to support the Associates in case of medical emergencies. Own PF Trust (Genius Consultants Employees Provident Fund) for faster PF settlements.

Attrition management Benefits To Web-enabled service. Associates can view and download Salary-slip, Reimbursement- Associates slip Associate Orientation Program SPOC to help Associates’ in admin related activities, for any grievances Offer Letter, Appointment Letter Zero Balance Salary A/c Identity Card Pay-slip Insurance – Accident Insurance and/or Mediclaim benefit Loan/ Advance Full & Final settlement within 30 days. SCOPE OF WORK – GENIUS & CLIENT Scope of work - Genius Scope of work - Client Recruitment of Associates Shall provide completely executed Replacement if Associate resigns within 01 documents months Client would allot working Providing Appointment Letter arrangements/equipments/stationeries/ Associate Orientation Program, Associate training and work-instructions to the On-boarding & Joining formalities, Associates maintaining Statutory obligations & monthly Provide written Job description records Client will provide in writing about any Opening Zero balance Salary A/c, Issue ID misconduct of any Associate card Performance Appraisal Allocating SPOCs If any Associate is under performer and Facilitating Client to issue Form – V the Client wants him/her to be removed, Monthly Payroll processing then Client has to provide in writing Benefit administration, Leave management Client will bear the cost of Identity Card, Advance/ Loan Management Insurance charges, Fidelity, Labour Statutory depositions & Challan generation License Fees, Labour Welfare Fund and Annual Bonus payment as per specified any out-of-pocket expenses that may Gratuity payment if applicable arise in the course of performing the Insurance handling if applicable activity by Genius Facilitating Associates in case of any emergency Exit management, F&F Settlements Facing Govt. inspections relevant to the service
