INTERVIEW Conversation with our partner: Milena Alvarado Milena grew up in San José and was raised by her grandmother and with her uncles. Milena lived 2 years and half in the USA, with her father and siblings. Milena tells us that when she was little she wanted to be a doctor, so she started study odontology but halfway, she got pregnant. When she was a child, Milena loved to swim, skateboard, bike and play kit ball. She never liked dolls and dresses. . Currently Milena is 39 years old. She has a 19-year-old son, Arturo, and he is studying Industrial Engineering. She has been divorced for 6 years and lives with her boyfriend since 1 year ago. They adopted a cat and her name is Ferpy. Milena has been working on our business for 10 years. She joined the MPS Department 7 years ago. Her passions: bike riding, she feels scared but she is working on that. Milena tells us: The happiest day of his life: when Arturo was born. Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted

Her most euphoric day: it was when she crossed the finish line of the half marathon in Tamarindo. She cried with the emotion of knowing that she had achieved it. Favorite Movie: She likes movies about mystery and investigation. Favorite series: How to get away with murder Milena wants to send us the following message: “Everything happens for something and it is always a good reason” “There will always be obstacles and we can always pass them” “What a goal that one proposes, a goal that one can achieve.” Milena is an example to follow, a person committed to herself, when she proposes something is persistent until she reaches it, she is a hardworking and with a noble heart!
