INTERVIEW Conversation with our partner: Paola Carvajal Pao grew up in Guadalupe and was raised by her grandparents. She is the 3rd daughter of 4 siblings. Paola tells us that when she was little she wanted to be an astronaut or a lawyer. Pao loves animals and considers that this love developed in her childhood since she had chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, squirrels, cats, ducks, turtles. So she currently has 2 dogs rescued Cloe Kardashian and Bati. Currently Paola is 38 years old, lives in Sabanilla. Paola has 10 years to work in our business. I joined the Department of Global Contract Management and Team care packs 4 years ago. Her passions are: spending time with her family, traveling, reading, she loves cooking, doing exercises, especially weights. She considers that she has a good balance in her working life, time for her, for her husband and daughter . Paola shares that the secret to being a woman, mom and wife is to establish your priorities very well. For Paola, time with her daughter is always sacred and she loves every moment she can share with Alessandra, her 4- year-old daughter. He loves the family he has been able to build. Pao went to live with her husband 11 years ago, she didn't even know how to make rice, little by little she was experiencing cooking and since then she loves to cook. She tells us that a few years ago she had the opportunity to have her own kitchen business, after developing the brand they decided to sell it and she remembers it with a project of great professional and personal growth. Paola is moved by all her fibers to travel. The first time she traveled alone, she went without money for 3 weeks to Brazil, in the hostel she found and decided to stay, she negotiated to be able to work part-time and they would pay her with the stay and what was left over to be able to stay in the country. She has been able to travel 2 times to Brazil, Panama, Paris, among others. For Paola, traveling at some point was a dream; a utopia, but she wants to share us and teach her daughter that, if you want something with your heart and work for it, you can make it happen. Pao tells us: The happiest day of his life: when his daughter was born. The most euphoric day: it was when we beat Italy in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. She enjoyed it in Brazil. Favorite topics to read: personal motivation and Latin American writers. The last book he read: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Music: everything, but more grunch or iron, especially for cooking. Favorite Movie: Men of honor. Favorite series: Grace Anatomy. Favorite Fables: Heidy, Galactic Falcons, He-Man. He loves to play a lot of soccer. And He had to find out how to go to the gym to balance stress. Now he exercises at home. Paola tells us that Covid has allowed her daughter to enjoy more. Thanks Wipro for the opportunity to work from home. She feels privileged that life has allowed her to enjoy watching her daughter grow up. Paola wants to send us the following message: “Enjoy the moment you are in, whatever it is you are doing or it is happening to you, thanking will always bring us positive things. RECIPE Vanilla flan and condensed milk Ingredients: 1 ½ can condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla Caramel ingredients: 1 cup. Sugar with caramels / brown sugar ½ cup of water Process Caramel: Put the sugar with the water to cook in a pot over medium heat and stir constantly until the caramel forms. Once ready, pour it into a mold and let it rest until cool. Flan: Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour it into the mold. Once the caramel has completely cooled down. Then the mold is placed inside another mold with water (bain marie), this mold should be a few centimeters larger than that of the flan.
