Internet Browser and Audio SettingsOur website works on all internet browsers; however, each browser may need a one-timeadjustment to view videos.Chrome Users:  In Chrome, select the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner.  Select “Settings”  Scroll to the bottom of your page and select “Advanced”  In the “Privacy & Security” section, select “Content Settings”  Select “Flash” o Ask first: (Set to grey) o Block sites from running Flash: (Set on Grey) o Select “Allow”, Select “Add”; then add 1. www.davidlewis.com 2. davidlewis.comThe user will need to close chrome and re-launch www.davidlewis.comAt this time the user should be able to view our videos via Chrome.Internet Explorer Users:For any users utilizing Internet Explorer, please ensure they download the following link.https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/At this time the user should be able to view our videos via Internet Explorer.No Audio:Ensure your speakers are on; volume up and mute is off. How to Access Training Website1. Log onto: www.DavidLewis.com2. Select “Login” at the top right corner3. Enter Login (Username), Password and then select “Login”.4. You are properly logged into our training website when your name appears.David Lewis & Associates, Inc. 4

How to Setup Users1. The following screen will appear. Select “Setup”.2. The following screen will appear. Scroll down until you locate a generic user name (e.g. User44) then select “Edit”. ***It is imperative you select a generic user and refrain from selecting and editing a previous Users profile. If you edit another user, reports will detail inaccurate information in relation to the new users completed assignments. Please notify us to remove users from your database***  Next, fill in the user information  Then, choose user access by selecting each applicable box, and select submitDavid Lewis & Associates, Inc. 5

How to Access Reports1. Select “Reports”2. Directly below “Reports” you will see the following options highlighted in yellow:3. By selecting the drop box next to “Activity Report” you will get three options: i. Activity Report (Indicates total # of sessions viewed & last view date) ii. Detailed Activity Report (List of each session name & last view date) iii. Test Results (List test name and results achieved)4. By selecting the drop box next to “Filter” you can select by individual name or select “Dealership” to view as a group. (The “Dealership” filter is available on both the Activity Report and Detailed Activity Report. The Test Results Filter is viewed by individual user.)5. Select any range of dates6. Select Run. Sales Management, Leadership, Train the Trainer and Sales Meeting (Must have access to specific training)With (permissions granted access), you may see some or all of the following modules: Sales Management - Leadership - Train the Trainer - Sales MeetingEach module has chapters which outlines; the number of videos, total run time and total minutes pervideo. This allows you to plan your next meeting precisely for the amount of time needed. Sales Management- This section provides a variety of topical videos designed for Sales Managers, General Managers and Dealers. This section focuses on Preparation, specifically in relation to Sales and Management skills. Leadership- This section provides an array of topics for anyone in a Leadership position or aspiring to gain a Leadership role. Train the Trainer- This section is designed to introduce new and experienced trainers to a variety of DLA concepts. Once reviewed, the individual is able to effectively teach the selected course. Each Chapter contains multiple topical videos, pre-written lesson plan, introduction to lesson plan video and detailed lesson plan video. This section provides all the tools to present a phenomenal sales meeting with confidence. Sales Meeting- This section provides an array of topics for Sales Meetings.David Lewis & Associates, Inc. 7

How to Change User Login and/or Password (For users with setup access)1. Select “Setup”.2. Locate your personal user name and then select “Edit”.3. Employee Name should include first and last name4. DLA CertifiedTraining ProgramDLA Certification can be achieved by attending classes at our training center or completing online assignments. Training Center Certification Upon completion of the required courses each student will be certified as either a “DLA Certified Salesperson” or “DLA Certified Sales Manager”. DLA Online Certification Each student can receive an online certification for each series with accompanying test (minimum score >80% required). Managers can view the video usage and test scores in the “Reports” section online.1. Sign-on2. Select “Reports”3. View “Detailed Activity Report” to ensure the videos were viewed. The video viewed percentage needs to be 90% or higher to receive full credit. (See below)4. View “Test Results” to view highest score for each test.
