NEWSLETTER JUNE 2021

NEW OFFICE NEW BEGINNINGS AT THE WORKPLACE Karpa is an incubator for knowledge workers and our policy is to always give chances to new talent and to open doors to new opportunities. This time we literally did that: We opened the door to our new office and walked with a stride of pride into a space which from now on will be the second home for many of our new and old colleagues. We are happy to announce that our team is expanding rapidly, and we work hard to make sure that this will be the case in the future. Our prime priority is to provide the best working conditions for our employees so everyone can feel comfortable and safe while completing their daily tasks, so we saw the need and seized the opportunity to create these new working spaces. On April 1st we had a symbolic event to celebrate the Karpa Mk office anniversary.

BEHIND THE SCENES 1. Entering Web Orders This is what a web order looks like: I have the honor to introduce this part of our Newsletter which I hope will be established as standard content. Behind the scenes should explain with text and pictures, what the actual task of a person, team that works in Karpa is. As a company, we believe that by providing our custom- ers with expert support and frictionless interactions, Oakley Signs becomes synonymous with customer suc- cess, creating a positive bond with our clients and ulti- mately leading to the growth of our company through repeat business and referrals. In this particular part of Behind the scenes, I will try to describe what Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) - such as myself - are doing on a daily basis. I will provide a brief, and hopefully clear description of what I do behind the scenes, or better, behind the board….

BEHIND THE SCENES 2. Replying customer’s questions and concerns via email Please take a look at the list of values which guide us through our work: 3. Answering phone calls And this is FACTS, where we enter all information from the order. We use FACTS for all orders, actually, not only Web. We enter the email and the phone orders in Facts. Facts is our closest friend. We are working with it eight hours a day.

Guess Who’s Who!

BOOK Recommendation If you're the type of person who enjoys brain teasers and solving mysteries and you’re a fan of detective stories, I would recommend reading ‘’The Unexpected Guest’’ by Agatha Christie. It does get dull in the initial stages, but as you dive deeper in the book, with new characters being introduced, you are left perplexed, you will not get a slight clue who could be the potential murderer. I changed my suspects five times, out of nine characters introduced . This is how unexpected the Unexpected Guest.

MOVIE Regarding the Movies, I’m a person who mostly enjoys Recommendation mysteries obviously ‘’see the book recommendation’’ But I would strongly recommend the movie ‘’Kite’’ which is a multicultural movie , a true masterpiece,They say love has no language. This movie depicts the same emotions when two people of different languages fall in love,The movie also depicts about different people, different cultures, emotions of two different people from two different places. It is the most awesome realistic movie ever made, a mind blowing movie.

PLACE Recommendation I could write a whole essay about places to visit in our country but I'd like to focus on where I am at the moment, and give my personal recommendations about which places to visit when in Bitola. Bitola has a charming, small city vibe, with shady parks and a cafe-lined Main Street. If you're a crowd person, you will love it but if you prefer a quieter, more aloof place for drinking coffee, I would strongly recommend visiting \"Vezilka\", which is located by the city's river, or \"Porta Jazz\" if you prefer more lowkey vibes. So let's move on to the food: If you're a person who likes to try new stuff, the most recent food sensation in the city are the BUMP burgers. I've tried them all already and I think you should too! If you are more interested in restaurants, I would recommend visiting \"Shumski Feneri\" which is located further away from the city. If you like nature and peace combined it would be an excellent choice!

COFFEE GATHERING Working on a different project and in different countries doesn’t leave us much time to get to know the people that we work with. As the company grows and we are expanding it is getting more difficult to stay in touch. And that is why we have our Fun Fridays. ( Well that and because SMaC says so) Once a month we have virtual activities where everyone from the company participates, but the other Fridays are reserved for our favorite coffee and fun questions. There is a list of questions from which we pick a number and all participants answer the questions. The questions are fun, personal, interesting, but there are some that make you think deeper and profound. These gatherings are an interesting way to learn a little more about each other and maybe develop friendships and care about each other outside of simply being co-workers.

NEW NEWSLETTER, NEW BABIES EDITION All of us will remember the period that has passed in one way or another. But for a few members it will be the most memorable one despite all. We have a few weddings in our Karpa family. Martina has opened the wedding season. After that was Zarko’s wedding and Nikola and Hristo’s weddings were just a few days apart. And last but not least Ana entered the married club. She is closing the wedding season for this Karpa Newsletter. Congratulations to all for stepping into a new chapter in life. Wishing you never-ending love and happiness! But that is not all the good news we have to share. Our Karpa kids team has a new addition. First baby of this edition is Konstantin’s baby girl who was born in November. We welcomed Zarko’s baby boy in December and Hristo’s baby girl in April. Nikola’s baby boy was born at the beginning of May. We got two boys and two girls. Who will be next?
