Youth Programme Outcomes Numbers Attending ● From 1st April 21 until present there have been 172 young people engaged across the Drumahoe programmes. ● From 1st April 21 until present there have been 87 young people engaged across the Tullyally programmes. ● From 1st April 21 until present there have been 92 young people engaged across the Currynierin programmes. Youth Programme Outcomes Project Specifications. Londonderry YMCA ● 20 Group Work projects completed in line with our target specification. ○ Positive Mental Health 14+ is currently in progress. ○ Gender Specific Programme 14 + is planned. ○ Anti-bullying 14+ is planned. ○ We have 2 inclusion, diversity and equality programmes left to do - LGBTQ+ and refugee awareness. ○ Sexual Health & Child Sexual Exploitation is in progress with NEXUS NI until the end of Feb. ● 4 Accredited Programmes completed - on target to meet 60 yp. ○ 2 in progress - Youth work level 1 & 2 ○ 4 planned before the end of March - food safety, learning disability awareness training, fundamentals of autism level 1, hope matters. ● 3 Stakeholder Engagement Events completed ○ Celebration Awards and Feedback night planned for end of March ● .4 Social Action projects completed including Toy Appeal and Food Bank Collection ○ One more social action project planned for 14+ Londonderry YMCA Ltd Charity Number NIC 108249

Youth Programme Engagement Framework Outcomes. We have a total of 603 individuals registered on Upshot. 2020/21 Youth Programme Staff Training/Development All staff continue to develop their skills within their professional development, e.g. First Aid, Risk Assessment Training, Food Safety, Child Protection, etc. Child protection issues. Any child protection issues have been handled accordingly in line with our policies, working alongside the Gateway Team and Geraldine Stinton in YMCA Ireland. Quality Assurance. We continue to monitor our quality assurance and are in the process of reviewing this. Stakeholder Meetings: We continue to hold regular stakeholder meetings with the relevant organisations. Budget We work with Youth Manager to ensure we are on track with spend.
