Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Diversity is the presence of individuals within your organization who are generally under-represented in our society at large. Equity is the promotion of justice to impact disparities that occur when organizations lack diversity. Inclusion is the result of ensuring those that are diverse actually feel welcomed and supported. Emotional Intelligence (EI) “The ability to process information about your own emotions and the emotions of others and then use the information to guide your thoughts and behavior” ~ Peter Salovey and John Mayer Founding Fathers of Emotional Intelligence

The old corporate philosophy of “leave your problems at the door” no longer works in our society. With the pres- ence of the Internet, employees, customers, and vendors are more educated than ever before. They are also more emotionally charged; therefore, Emotional Intelligence is paramount when addressing DEI in business. Our clients recognize that our training is an important part of their success. Our training is proven to give Individuals greater confidence in dealing with EI and embracing DEI. Leaders lead more effectively Teams are more productive Employees feel more supported Customers experience the difference Click the logo to read the Letter of Recommendation Partial Client List
