OBJECTIVES ECO CLUB • To promote the level of the Health & Sanitation in rural and urban areas. • To aware the rural farmers towards Sustainable Agriculture and Watershed Management. • To bring the Awareness on Climate Change. • To promote the Livestock & Diary Development in rural areas. • To enhance the livelihood opportunities in rural communities. • To establish the Village Knowledge Centers in villages. • To bring the awareness on Disability. • To rehabilitate and improve their qualities of lives of Persons With Mentally Challenged, • To promote Self Help movement among the Women, Youth, Disabled and Vulnerable section of the Society. • To promote the Resources and its developments with related Institutions

IMPORTANCE OF ECO AWARENESS ➢ There is no doubt that human activity is hugely responsible for damaging the environment. ➢ The fact that concentrations of greenhouse gases have increased by more than a third since the industrial revolution highlights our impact. ➢ Therefore, it is our responsibility to improve our environmental awareness and change our behaviour. ➢ The rise in greenhouse gas emissions contributes to the enhanced greenhouse effect, which has caused global temperatures to rise. ➢ These gases also cause air, land and water pollution. ➢ Pollution affects the quality of food, which might cause the ingestion of toxic substances. ➢ Poorer air quality also poses severe risks to human health.
