PROTECTING BUYERS AND SELLERS IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY If you are considering selling, we can effectively market your property while keeping everyone safe. Here are some steps you and I can take to ensure everyone’s safety. Seller Home Preparations • Please wipe down surfaces before and after showings. • If a family member is sick or not feeling well, please postpone showings. • To minimize contact with items in your home, please turn on all lights and open blinds, curtains, cabinets, closet doors – any area of your home that you want buyers to see. • Provide hand sanitizer for visitors at the front door. • Be prepared to be out of your home and offsite for the duration of the showings. Agent and Client Agreements • Where applicable, no group showings larger than three are permitted. Only buyer agents and their clients, and where applicable the selling agent, are allowed to attend showings. • Agents and their clients are encouraged to wear face masks during showings. If a state mandates that face masks must be worn, doing so will be required while viewing homes. • Social distancing guidelines between agents and their clients will be followed, too. • Attendees will use hand sanitizer and/or hand sanitizing wipes prior to entering the home. • The only things that should be touched in the home are doorknobs to open and close exterior doors to enter and exit the home. • We adhere to CDC and local government ordinances.
