Unsigned Elite will not be liable for delay’s caused by failing to make progress or complete payments per the above payment terms. Pricing Pricing includes delivery in the continental United States. There is no setup or graphic charges if production ready art is supplied using UE supplied templates. (See small order surcharge) Minimum Order Quantity The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for new orders is 10pcs for sublimated items and 24 pieces for socks. Smaller quantities can be ordered using spec sample pricing policies outlined below or through Spirit Wear Add On program when applicable. Small Order Surcharge For new orders that are less than $250 there will be a small order surcharge of $20. Does not apply to fill-in orders or pre-production samples that have separate surcharges. Revisions Any amendments after original confirmation date of order may not be allowed and will affect delivery date and are subject to additional charges. All such amendments, revisions and charges must be agreed to in writing. Sizing UE North American sizing is used for all products. Please consider actual body type variations such as tall, short, stout etc. when ordering. To ensure a proper fit sizing samples are recommended. UE is not responsible for poor fitting garments not due to manufacturing defect. LEAD-TIMES Production Lead-Time The production lead-time for new and repeat orders (except emergency fill-ins) will vary from 4 to 5 weeks depending on time of year and current order volumes. Rush Charges UE will attempt accommodate rush orders whenever possible. That being said we cannot define the exact lead-time available due to seasonal fluctuations. Rush charges incur a minimum 30% premium. Super rush services may be available for additional fees beyond 30%. Please contact your account manager for current lead-time and costs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customs or freight delays beyond our control. FILL-INS Standard Fill-In Orders For repeat and fill-in for existing orders (not Emergency Uniform Fill In) standard lead times will apply. In addition the following surcharge applies to fill-ins of less than 10 pieces. For fill-ins of 1 or 2 pieces a surcharge of 30% applies, for fill-in of 3 to 5 pieces a 20% surcharge applies and for 6-9 pieces a 10% surcharge applies. All fill-in orders must reference original PO or UE order number. New sizing and numbers are allowed on fill-ins. Fill-in surcharges are based on each piece not order total. What this means is that if you ordered 20 total items on the order but it was divided as 3 of one item, 6 of another and 11 of another then the surcharges on the individual items would be 20%, 10% and 0%. Please note that NO CHANGES to color, design or logos can be done on fill–ins. The only acceptable changes are numbers and/or names. All fill-in orders are subject to a $10 freight charge when under 10 total pieces. Emergency Uniform Fill-In Order The lead-time for emergency fill-in orders to replace ripped or damaged jerseys or to accommodate new players is 2 weeks. Maximum number of units that can be ordered under this program is 2. There will be a 30% surcharge for this service. Only player uniforms can be ordered on this service. This means that items such as hoodies, compression, jackets and accessories are not eligible for this service. A $15.00 freight surcharge applies to Emergency Fill-In orders SPIRIT WEAR ADD-ON PROGRAM In an effort to promote additional incremental sales to teams and schools UE offers a less than MOQ Spirit Wear Add-On Program. This program is available on a limited selection of popular Spirit Wear items including select Hoodies, Jackets, T-Shirts and Polos. These items are noted in our catalog. You can order as little as 3 pieces of the above noted items. For quantities ordered from 3 to 5 pieces there will be a 20% surcharge, for quantities ordered from 6 to 9 pieces there will be a 10% surcharge. The surcharge is in addition to the 10 piece price on those items. Spirit Wear Add-On items MUST be ordered at same time as uniforms. Fill-Ins on this program can be as little as 1 piece. Standard fill-in charges apply.
ART APPROVAL AND PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES Art Approval (very important) In an effort to reduce errors and ensure proper interpretation of artwork files provided the following procedure applies to artwork provided by you or done by our graphic team. UE will take your front, back and side artwork and explode these pieces into the individual manufacturing components such as body, sleeves, collar, etc. This file is referred to as our print file. The print file will be printed at 10% scale and sublimated onto fabric. Customers will be sent a photo of this sublimated fabric. Customers must examine this printed piece to ensure that all components of your artwork were interpreted correctly and are in the correct place. Customers should also ensure that colors of each component are correct although photographic and screen variances make exact color approval difficult. Customers have the sole responsibility to ensure that artwork is correct. If customers approve this sample within 2 days of receipt then there will be no delay in shipping of your order. If customers need further approval than is provided by the 10% print file then please refer to pre-production sample below. PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE ORDER Customers wishing to see an actual pre – production sample may do so by paying for the cost of the item plus any graphics charges plus a fee of $30. If you require multiple pieces and/or sizes then a $20 surcharge will apply to all additional items after first piece. GRAPHIC CHARGES There is no graphic charge if finished artwork is supplied on UE product templates. Templates for all UE products are available free of charge and designed to be opened in Adobe Illustrator. Should you wish to have us do the design work for you, we make available a team of graphic artists that are experienced in designing sublimated garments. Cost for our graphic services are as follows: Full Uniform Design – $40 (includes top and bottom) (max 2 edits) ($10 per edit after 2) UE’s designers will work with you to create a truly “one of a kind” design for all of the items in our line. They will contact you to go over ideas, colors, logo placements, etc. The more information you can provide the designers the more efficiently and accu- rately we can produce your design. Things that can really help designers are existing images or designs you have seen on the web, previous uniforms customer has run, etc. The designers will work to interpret your ideas but we must limit design changes or edits to 2. After this we will need to charge 10.00 per edit. This is a necessary measure to ensure that customers do not keep trying new ideas until they see something they like and monopolizing graphic time. Full Uniform Design from Template – $15 UE provides a series of pre-designed templates for most items in the UE line. These templates are designed to have colors changed and logos dropped into them in a quick and efficient manner. Should you wish to have us drop logos and change colors onto an existing template then we offer a significantly reduced cost for designing as compared to our full custom design service. Please note that only color and logo changes are permitted for this price. Any change to designs or color blocking will incur a full design charge listed above. Convert logos to vector format – $15 This is the process of taking images in BMP, PNG, TIF, JPG, GIF and other bitmap based formats and converting them into editable vector formats. This charge is per logo converted. UE will provide a copy of the vector artwork after conversion so customer can use on other projects. Vector formats required are editable AI, EPS, CDR and some PDF files. Thematic Presentation – $15 / additional piece after uniform design. A thematic presentation is when you wish to show a school, team or league a variety of products within our line for the purposes of securing non-playing apparel. A typical presentation for this would involve us designing a standard sport uniform such as basketball or football. After this you may wish to supply accompanying garments such as compression, t-shirts, hoodies or jackets. Each additional item that we design after the uniform design above would be an additional 10.00. By way of further example a basketball jersey and short plus shooting shirt, hoodie and compression piece would be $40 + $15 + $15 + $15 or $85 total for all 5 pieces. Additional items must be thematically similar to original uniform design or additional charges may apply. Brand Development – $60 (maximum 4 edits) UE is a sportswear brand meaning that the UE logos and branding always appear on garments. Our goal is for each of our customers to have the feel of their own brand. With this in mind we offer a service to assist in the development of a brand and related icon or symbol. The goal is that this new brand and symbol would be used on all of your uniforms and apparel and greatly assist in the driving of more business to your location.
