DesigningDocuments come in all shapes and sizes, and we thinkthat’s awesome! Here are a few tips to make sure thatyour document creation process results in a ready-to-use PDF.

Page SizeYour pages can be any size or orientation. All we ask isthat they are all exactly the same size. Many times, the cover of a magazine or other publicationis created separately from the main document andadded later. If the pages are not exactly the same size, your published eMag will look a little something like this:Avoid this by• Creating your entire document in one program and inone file and/or• Ensuring that any pages you add to your document fromother sources are, at a pixel level, the same dimensions.

Page Layout Your document can have amazing double spreads, but eMagCreator sees them as a single page even if you upload spreads. Please save your PDF as single pages. eMagCreator will put your spreads back together. Not following this rule will result in something a little like this:into PDF files. No matter if you are a Mac or aKeep this in mind - the cover is a single page, so your first spread is actually pages 2 and 3.
