April 18, 2018Mr. Brent Mills AlumicorSubject: QMS Automation ProposalDear Mr. Mills,Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to provide you with a proposal to configure andimplement an automated Quality Management System (QMS) through Quartz QMS. We arehappy to provide you with a FREE subscription to Quartz during configuration and testing – youonly pay if you are satisfied with the software. This proposal outlines the recommended pathfor configuring, testing and implementing Quartz. The expected costs for the implementationmay be found on page 12.The proposed timeline on page 4 shows a start date of May 1 – this is just for illustration, and ofcourse the start date may be scheduled at Alumicor’s convenience.I look forward to meeting with you to discuss this further.Regards,Sara Haynes, P.Eng., CQE, CSSBBPresidentSigma Solutions Ltd.403.827.4877 2 QMS Automation Proposal

Our ApproachThe implementation of Quartz QMS can be broken out into 3 phases, comprised of 6 steps: May 1 2018 Configuration includes a small- Number of group (4-5 people) workshop where Subscriptions Design the QMS fields and workflows are & Step 1: customized to Alumicor’s needs. This Configure and includes training on how to use and Test configure Quartz QMS (4 days).June 15 TrainJune 15 UAT is a 3 - 4 week trial of the 4-5 Step 2: software, with on-demand support for Pilot User any issues encountered.June 31 Acceptance Sep 1 Testing (UAT) Enterprise Step 3: Decision Point: Roll-out Pilot Demo Go / No-Go? and Training Sep 30 Pilot Demo includes a demonstration of the software with one business unit to build buy-in, followed by hands-on training for the QMS processes. 10 Step 4: Roll-out Pilot is a 2-month trial of the Roll-out software with one project or client service group, with on-demand Pilot support for any issues encountered. Step 5: Demo and Training includes a Demo and demonstration of the software for the enterprise, and hands-on training for Training the QMS processes, one business unit at a time. 10 Step 6: Phased roll-out of the QMS to the Roll-out to enterprise, business unit by business Enterprise unit. Alumicor super-users provide first-line support, with second-line support by Sigma Solutions.4 QMS Automation Proposal

Phase I: Design and Test Step 1: Configure and TrainAlumicor’s QMS processes will be configured by Sigma Solutions in Quartz during a 4-dayon-site workshop. Alumicor shall identify and select the employees with knowledge of theQMS processes to attend the workshop, ideally no more than 5. It is critical that the employeeswho attend the workshop understand how the processes in scope are to be used in theorganization. Sigma Solutions will also provide training to the group during this workshopon: 1) User Training and 2) Configuration Training. Attendees are required to bring laptops forthemselves, or Alumicor may choose to set up a training room with computers. Step 2: UATThis workshop is followed by a 3-4 week UAT, with support provided as-needed by SigmaSolutions. At the end of UAT, Alumicor shall make a decision whether to proceed to a pilot, orterminate the project.Phase II: Pilot Step 3: Pilot Demonstration and TrainingSigma Solutions will provide a demonstration to one business unit on the QMS processes thathave been configured and tested in phase 1. Alumicor shall identify and select the businessunit for the pilot. For example, the business unit selected might be based on facility, productline, or project. It is expected that this will include approximately 10 people. The demo willtake approximately one hour, and is done before the training to build buy-in for the software. This may be done anytime during or after the UAT in Step 2, and may take the form of a Lunch& Learn, or meeting. No computers are necessary for attendees. After the demo, Sigma Solutions will provide training to the Alumicor pilot group on how touse Quartz. Training attendees are required to bring laptops for themselves, or Alumicor maychoose to set up a training room with computers. Step 4: Roll-Out PilotThe pilot shall commence immediately following training. Support shall be provided as-needed by Sigma Solutions.Phase III: Enterprise Roll-Out Step 5: Demo and TrainingAlumicor will initiate a staged roll-out of Quartz to the remainder of the enterprise, one unit ata time, approximately 2 weeks apart. Alumicor shall identify and select the business units forstaging. For example, the business units might be based on facility, product line, or project.Alumicor will provide a demonstration to the remaining business units on the QMS processesthat have been configured and tested in phase 2. The demo will take approximately 1 hour, andis done before the training to build buy-in for the software. This may be done anytime duringor after the pilot, and may take the form of a Lunch & Learn, or meeting. No computers arenecessary for attendees.QMS Automation Proposal 5

Sigma Solutions will provide training to each business unit on how to use Quartz. Trainingattendees are required to bring laptops for themselves, or Alumicor may choose to set up atraining room with computers. Step 6: Roll-Out to EnterpriseEach business unit shall commence using Quartz immediately following training. First-linesupport shall be provided as-needed by Alumicor, with second-line support provided bySigma Solutions. Implementation of Quartz could be completed as early as September, 2018.QMS Processes In ScopeQMS Processes to be configured and implemented for Alumicor in Quartz include: Non-conformances (NCRs) Corrective Actions (CARs) Subcontractor/Supplier Corrective Actions (SCARs) Product Change Notices Process Change Notices Subcontractor/Supplier Evaluations Opportunity Risk AssessmentAll other processes are considered out of scope and support is provided at an hourly rate. However, there is no limit to the number of processes you can build, nor are there any extracosts associated with Alumicor building new processes. 6 QMS Automation Proposal

TrainingThere are two types of training to consider: 1) User Training for Quartz and 2) ConfigurationTraining for Quartz.1) User TrainingThere are two types of user training: basic and management.Basic training includes: Login Navigation Understanding the Dashboard Completing forms View, sort and filter data Search Responding to actions How to attach files in QuartzThe target audience for this training are the users who will be entering data into Quartz, andmay want to review data, but are not generally responsible for approving work. After attendinguser basic training, users should be able to use Quartz to enter information into QMS processes, respond to assigned actions, search for and find information.User management training includes basic training and additionally: Understanding the management Dashboard Editing forms Trashing forms Approving forms How to assign and complete actionsThe target audience for this training are the users who will be editing and approving forms intoQuartz, and will be responsible for ensuring forms are updated and accurate. After attendingUser management training, users should be able to use Quartz to review, edit and approveforms in the QMS processes, create and assign actions, be able to determine which actions aredue and the work that should be undertaken within Quartz.User training should be initially customized for Alumicor, but may be re-used for all Alumicorusers after development without further customization.2) Configuration TrainingConfiguration training includes: Understanding process fields How to use status Setting up workflows Setting up approvals Process design and development How to add/delete/modify announcementsThe target audience for this training is the small UAT group involved in the design workshop fromphase 1. After attending configuration training, users should be able to use Quartz to modify andcreate processes on their own.QMS Automation Proposal 7
