„Activited during Cuci-muci part 1 Get know each other First day of the youth exchange was dedicated for participant to break ice, get to know each other and each others’ cultures. We achieved this through playing ice breaker games, sharing stories and playing introductory games followed by welcome night during which participants had a chance to in more relaxed way chat to each other and star the process of building safe, relaxed and positive atmosphere in which they would feel safe to freely share their experiences and oponions.
Meet the city and the locals Our participants was directly make contact with the local community, as they are accommodated in Ada and the sessions of the exchange happened in a very near location. A lot of Ada's citizens moved there frequently, so inevitable some participants take contact or Ada's citizens talked or chatted with our participants
Picnic We went to a walk through Ada to the bank of Tisa Riverwhere we organized picnic. Participant were involved inall stages of organizing the picnic from getting the wood forcooking to doing the actual cooking of chicken stew which is alocal specialty. They also had chance to do different sportslike volleyball, table tennis and football and compete in whatwe called autumn Olympic Games
Activities during „CUCI-MUCI”- Part 2.Energizers Outdoor Activities Working on problemsTo meet each other bather, to build the team and After discussions the participans are decided that theto have more energy for everyday work, participants problems of unemployed youth in their countries aretogether make lot of different energizers during the program. more and less are the the same and started to work on solutions. We had lots of fun and good team work during our outdoor activities
Working on Solutions Possible solutions: In conclusion what do participants think they can personally do to be more active and involve themselves in process of solutions:-NGO-(NGOs need to take bigger part to employ unemployed and educare youth) ↓ Raise awareness (about programs of support) ↓ No formal educations (to give life skills like CV,motivation letter...) -Unite (use skills as a teal) for easier reaching your goal “body” –institution –organization that connects people Business incubator –for supporting development of small business with innovative new ideas -Use social media to spread the word -Connect with local community to raise awareness -Use media to spread the word -Connect with companies
The Solutions/Project Ideas Project idea No 1. by the participants: “Trange frange” Project main activity: Training course Background-Why: Because a lot of young people don’t have the instrument to manage to find a job. Aim: Teaching young people how to face an application process in the future and how to write a CV,Motivation letter and how to fill in an application form and how to present their skills. Activities: (Energizers, lectures, group building games) about the issue. - Interview with H.R. to get some advice - Organize an event to share with the citizens the result of their workDirect target group: youth 18 to 30 years old. 6 participants from 8 different countries. How: - Learning by doing -Non formal education
Project idea No 2. by the participants: Sport + Healthy lifeAim: live and eat in healthy way try to reduce the use of Medias and learn more about the sports. Duration: 10 days Target group: 18-30 years old Where: Camp near the mountain and beach Activities: - Sports - Building team games - Avoid the use of media - Healthy food Description: project made for people who want to change the style of their life and get knowledge about food and sports…
The Art Street ArtThe participants painted in the canter of town two pictures about youth unemployment, but also about Erasmus + and promoting the intercultural learning
Presentation in Town The exhibition in community Participant themselves decided how to exhibit their posters and photos with following text to even better explain their message. The exhibition was visited by local high school youth, local people and press. Participants organized energizer games which they played with local youth with aim to inspire them to be active and participate in similar activities.Press team gave interviews to local and regional press. Welcome team, welcomed people in.
Press conference in City HallThe promotion in community finalized with press conference on which representative from each country talked, about our project, their personal experience, similarities and differences in youth unemployment problems and their possible solutions. Press Conference
Intercultural, Party and Fun Every night some country presented their culture during presentation different kind ofpresentation, music, dances food, drinks etc. Participant really enjoyed these nights and learned lots of things about each other couture.
Beside of cultural nights we, together with our participants organised every night differentgroup activities where participant meet each other better and became a good team and friends. Our farewell party the „CUCI-MUCI” night organised by the participants, lot of fun and emotions!

We organise different kind of workshops, sport and other activities for our participants. In a last 3 years we taking part in more than 30 International Projects (Youth in Action, Erasmus+, Eacea) around Europe. PIC: 945337072 GYIÖK is a non formal group formed by 15 High school students from the town Dombrád. We have our owncommunity house where we organise different kind of activities for local youth. In a last 2 years we are taking part in International field, mostly Youth in Action and Erasmus+.
