Momos Momos are a type of dumplings. Traditionally, momos are prepared with ground meat filling. In Sikkim, meat and cheese fillings are more famous.
Thukpa Thukpa is a hot noodle soup. It made with mixing vegetables and/or chicken. It goes well with the cold weather of northeastern.
Chhpuri Chhurpi is a traditional cottage cheese found in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Ladakh, etc. Chhurpi is prepared in a local dairy or at home from buttermilk The two varieties of chhurpi are a soft variety and a hard variety.
Sael Roti Sel roti is a traditional homemade ring-shaped rice bread originating from Nepal which is sweet in taste. It is mostly prepared during Dashain and Tihar, widely celebrated Hindu festivals in Sikkim
Tchang Tchang is a millet-based alcoholic beverage. It is used for many occasions for instance weddings, birthdays, festivals etc
