The subscribers can watch TV programs and movies on any Internet- connected device without advertisement intermission. Apart from this, you can also download TV shows and movies to your iOS, Android or Windows 10 device, and watch them without an Internet connection. 3. Viu Viu is a top-tier OTT video streaming service provider, by PCCW Media Group - a regional giant from Hong Kong. Questions and Answers Questions 1. What issue should be developed by Thai producers for benefits of co-production in the future? Answers 1. Developing Proposal - As producers in Thailand are familiar with working with TV stations in Thailand and conducting the marketing only in Thailand, and accustomed to being supervised by executives from the television stations, who understand only their own mar- ket, therefore, a real problem of Thai producers is that is: How can they create a Proposal, which can make international companies see strengths and distinctive points of the Propos- al? This is a paramount important issue, because Production Houses in Thailand do not have expertise in this field. 2. Building a Network or Connection - Dealing business with foreigners, an important issue is to know which companies have potential and are sincere in collaboration, invest in quality, not just for profits. Questions 2. How does the current situation of the Corona Virus pandemic affect the distribution of program contents? Answers Each content has a clear target group of audiences, such as some movies that were originally planned to be released in theaters, but due to COVID situations, it was changed to be premiered on OTT Platform, which is a change of plans in the middle of the road. However, it was highly successful with respect to dissemination through OTT as premier. Observing the current situations, entrepreneurs must be resourceful and following the situations and conditions of the economy and consumers, must be able to make flexible decisions, and should not attach to traditional patterns of window strategy - a process of disseminating program contents to choose which outlet to premier the contents, whereas, currently, there have been so many changes. Following Social Media, trends of viewing contents through OTT Platform result in opening to foreign markets, because the foreign markets also follow trends of of the Social Media as a basis for choosing which contents to view. Thus, it reveals that the foreign markets are fixing their gaze on Thailand's program contents, and the emerging trends increase the value of the program contents and become a new phenomenon.

Questions 3. What are the strengths, if countries in Asia co-produce program contents? Answers 1. Asian countries are similar in culture and program content preferences; 2. Use of social media is growing in Asian countries; 3. Asian countries have mutual acceptance; 4. Asian countries can work together to boost tourism among themselves; 5. If Asian countries co-produce programs together, they will be advantageous in terms of prices; 6. Traveling between Asian countries doesn't take longer than 6 hours; 7. Asian countries have a population of more than 4 billion people. Questions 4. What are examples of factors that entrepreneurs should contemplate in selecting elements of program contents for co-production? Answers Casting Actors for Production 1. Casting the Leading Actors Casting actors is a key element in capturing the audiences' attention. It can build a trend of marketing contents. There are 2 principles in casting the leading actors in a story. The first is the selection of famous actors or influencers, who are considered influ- ential actors, making it easy to create a trend in marketing contents. The second is to casting non-famous actors, but the actors who have charming personality, great skills, un- derstand how to convey their roles well, can express emotions of the characters to be able to reach the audiences. 2. Directors and Crews Directors and crews, who are proficient in and capable of creativity, can produce contents that catches the people's eyes. 3. Production Companies Production companies are like brands that can build trust in the eyes of the audiences. The ability to work on CGI scenes or special effects can also attract attention of the public.

4. Prizes Awarded Prizes awarded can guarantee caliber of the actors, quality of the directors and crews, and the production companies. 5. Short Preview Clips Watching short preview clips such as Promos, Teasers, Trailers are taken into consideration. 6. Screenplays and Story-lines Writing a story has to contemplate the audiences that you want to be the target group, as about what their cultures, tastes and preferences are. Then, the story should be written with contents that are familiar to such audiences. Apart from this, it is necessary to consider elements of the screenplay of the story chapter, as about what are the essen- tial subject matters, consisting of: 6.1 The storyline is the core of the contents for the audiences to understand the essence of the story (Keyword), by telling the story using a sequence of events, and place the contents to look consistent and logical, including a climax, which reveals the answer and the conclusion of the story to the audiences. 6.2 Characters consist of 3 characters, namely: 1) the person who acts or the person who is affected by the action in the play; 2) the protagonist or main character in the storytelling 3) the side character or the supporting character in the narrative to enhance the contents. 6.3 Conceptual essence is a mirror that makes the audience realize the actions, which will result in the consequences, and it is a conceptual essence of philosophy, which is the moral to follow in living a life. 6.4 Music is part of the storytelling, by using music and songs in communicating with the audiences, whereas the contents of the song will be useful in telling the synopsis, and convey the emotions of the actors in each scene.

Questions 5. China is a big market, whereas entrepreneurs in many countries are interested in investing in co-production of program contents or exporting the program contents to sell in China. What is initial advices for co-producing with China or distributing program contents to China? Answers China also has a control mechanism, which is called \"International Quota\" of contents that will be viewed by the audiences in China, which will consider all origins, whether they are Hollywood itself or Thailand or other countries. They will be included in this quota In addition to the quota, there will be another part, being a matter of China's censorship. China is pretty strict about scrutinizing what types of content are inappropriate, and WeTV, as the main platform, follows these strict rules, for example, ghost story contents, which are well liked by the Thai audiences, but forbidden in China, and probably disallowed by the censorship, or violent contents. Therefore, extreme caution must be exercised.
