Buena Vista’s charismatic proprietor, the legendary Jean- Charles Boisset, personally welcomed Prelude guests to this very special property, which is celebrating its 160th year anniversary.

PRELUDE BUENA VISTA WINERY|APRIL 7, 2017The opening reception afforded an opportunity for guests to mingle with the many vintners on hand, while enjoying their first tastes of wines specially selected just for that evening by a panel of sommeliers. The exceptional dinner that followed included an inspiring keynote from Sonoma Valleylegend Richard Arrowood. Guests finished this memorable first night with an after party held in the infamous Buena Vista Bubble Lounge.

IMMERSION BELTANE RANCH|APRIL 8, 2017Fresh from from their vineyard experiences, guests reunited at theidyllic Beltane Ranch for an exquisite farm-to-table lunch featuring more vineyard designate wines from iconic Sonoma Valley sites. Hosted by the fifth-generation Beltane Ranch family and their estate chef, this was a meal that not soon forgotten.

ECHELON RAM’S GATE WINERY|APRIL 8, 2017 Ram’s Gate Winery provided a fittingly dramatic backdrop for the highly-anticipated Echelon dinner. Guests enjoyed spectacular views of Carneros as they mingled with vintners during the pre-dinner reception. Guests werealso afforded the chance to view the full line-up of incredibly rare ‘One from the Cellar’ offerings each Vintner had brought to share that evening, whetting their appetite for the incredible dinner to follow.

Each table was personally hosted by a Sonoma Valley wine luminary providing the opportunity to hear first-hand the nuances behind the many exceptional wines they were tasting. With anticipation building, an experienced team of sommeliers enthusiastically readied the ‘one from the cellar’ offerings as hosts shared the personal stories behind their selections. In all it was a perfect and fittingly legendary finish to the inaugural Signature Sonoma Valley.
