PONDER UPON... SHIFT OF PARADIGM -real to virtual \"E-learning is changing. And, we will see new models, new technologies and designs emerge. So, let’s drop the “e” – or at least give it a new and wider definition.” Elliot Masie In the present scenario, \"e-learning is the new normal\". Online platforms are the only way to ensure teaching and learning are not affected. This new tech-based learning is the future education. Adopting to this new -normal has resulted in \"growth mindset\".This unlocks our ability to learn and grow especially during challenging times . Little did we know how important this growth mindset would be for all of us this year! In this time of adversity ,we all need to keep ourselves updated and follow the trend. Here educating the children is a priority with a vision for leading a life of patience, empathy and compassion. I am sure together we can make this endeavour successfull.Stay Safe , Take good care of yourself and others too.

DIGITAL EDUCATION TIPS & TRICKS Practice the following useful tips to protect your eyed during online classes. 1.Frequent brakes are necessary- looking at screen continously for a longer period of time can cause strain and irritation in eyes and also makes eyes dry. Follow a simple 20-20-20 rule which means taking a 20 second screen brake after every 20 minutesnto look at the object that are 20 feet away from you. So use a 20-20-20 rule and give your eyes a rest which will help keep them moist. Take a break from the screen by engaging hobbies that don't require a screen such as drawing, reading books, doing puzzle, playing a musical instrument, cooking. 2.Blink your eyes frequently- looking at screen often makes you blink less which dries out the eyes. Blinking your eyes frequently and purposefully moistens the eyes, reducing dryness and irritation. 3.Look at bigger font sizes- zoom in to increase the font size while reading so that device does not need to be too close to the eyes 4.Screen distancing- practice screen distancing while using your devices don't hold device too close to your face. Keep your monitor or screen at arms lenghtor about 25 inces away from your eyes. 5.use anti reflection lenses- screen devices emitt harmful blue lights which can cause eye strain on prolonged exposer. Use spectacles with antireflection lens with blue coating to prevent eye strain 6.Eat a balanced diet- keep your eyes healthy by eating food which are rich in vitamin a like green leafy vegetables carrot, papaya, dates and citrus fruits.
