The machine allows spreadingof an entire barrel of concrete (10 m3) in just 8-12 minutesLIBELLULA is a unique and innovative product that may not be considered like a commonand traditional vibrating screed. Its unique characteristics is to work by going forwardspreading concrete and giving him a first step of vibration and backwards to screed and finishthe concrete surface. This characteristics allow to reduce the quantity of workers that withLibellula have not to spread and level the concrete manually anymore, as the old andtraditional screeds request.

AIRONE This is a special machine that facilitates the laying of mixture in semi-dry flooringTo make a fine art semi dry floor you need a team of 3-4 workers. While one or two workers mix outside,other two prepare the material inside, more or less smoothed on the ground preparing also referring pointfor level. One of them, kneel down for eight hours a day, it uses a screed with his hands to realize a flatsurface to lie the mixture. CharacteristicsAirone has changed completely the way of working by eliminating the effort and professional illnessthat the workers automatically takes during the time. Although its image let you think of an easy to useitem, you need a secure and still hand to use it properly. The worker must have the necessaryexperience to transfer the control of the handle where the screed touches the ground, because it willrepeat exactly and millimetrically what the worker’s hand will order. PREPARATION OF THE BUILDING YARDTo realize a semi-dry floor with Heron it is advised the preparation as follow:Prepare the mix and bring it inside on the place you have to work. As soon as the mix is ready, create somestripes of level spaced, that let them to be overflown by the limbs of the screed for not less than 15 cm.Fill among the strips with mixture exceeding a little their level. USEPut the Airone on the working place, start the engine, let it slide towards the worker that willwalk backwards taking care to elevate slightly the handle, living some millimeter of space between thecutting side of the screed(the back) and the level stripes. During the way the cutting side of the bladewill remove the extra material that exceeds the level. When you arrive at the end of your walkgive an opposite inclination at the screed lowering the handle and go forward as the American spatula.When you are at the starting point again, without stopping the machine( otherwise it could leave onthe ground a stamp of its shape) equilibrate the level of the screed. Do the same walk with a stillhand, shave with care the level stripes be careful don’t downward pressure on these.Check your work, if you should notice some flaws imperfections, it could be attribute to the limited manualskills of the beginning. Anyway you can correct them by working again after having put on the imperfectpart some more mixture. The imperfections will soon disappear by using often. The daily use ofAirone will allow to the worker to reach the right level of training, and it will be the assurance of a fastand perfectly finished job. Airone give to the worker the opportunity to do a perfect and fast semi-dryfloor without being kneel down on wet mixture for eight hour a day, increasing the daily square meterquantity. AIRONE 4T - USEDuring the use of Airone 4t you have to take care not to exceed with the RPM level . the RPM exceeding cancause the separation of sand and weather inside the mixture. Water can occupy the upper level if the mixturescreeded softening the mixture in a wrong way.

The product iswarranted if there are problems of building or materials. If there are flaws the product must go back to entrepôt RESELLER where the product was bought orthe customer must go to the nearest AUTHORIZED SERVICING CENTRE. Exclusions of guarantee. This guarantee DOESN’T COVER damages or bad use, misuse or the usage of the product fordifferent purposes from those it was built for . D’Alessandro Ibnternational Srls’s society won’t be guilty anyway for losses damages towardspersons or things caused entirely from the product or from its unused during the possible period of fixing .The guarantee excludes all the accessories parts and the normal pieces of normal usage (anti-vibratinghandles, screed and bearings) . The guarantee doesn’t cover the possible transport expenses, the setting up and the extraordinarymaintenance works that should be done during the guarantee period. The guarantee covers only the partsbuilt by D’Alessandro International company. The guarantee of the engine must follow the conditionsgiven by the manufacturer. D’Alessandro International Srls is not obliged to fix the engine under guarantee. The customer mustgo to the nearest AUTHORIZED SERVICING CENTRE. Conditions of validity of guarantee. The customer must send a copy of this model so that the guarantee is valid. He must fill in everywherethe model within 15 days from the moment he buys the machine from the society D’AlessandroInternational Srls. According to the instruction manual sold with the product the guarantee is not valid if the product hasbeen tampered by not-authorised staff, or if spare parts or accessories are not original, and if the usage andmaintenance rules has been respected. Contestations of guarantee. In case of contestations on the recognition of the guarantee from the RESELLER or from theAUTHORISED SERVICING CENTRE the customer can require to the CUSTOMERS SERVICING CENTREof D’Alessandro International Srls’s society the recognition of the guarantee. In this case the judgement of D’Alessandro International Srls’s society will be unobjectionable. Terms and conditions of Sale“Seller”: D’Alessandro International S.r.l.s.“Buyer”: the natural or juridical person who submitted the order“Goods”: the products described in the Order Acceptance Form provided by the Seller“Email” [email protected]  All orders submitted by the Buyer must be in writing and sent via email to the Seller.  As confirmation, the Seller will send the Buyer an email with the description, price and delivery terms of the order.  To accept the order confirmation, the Buyer shall sign it and send it via email to the Seller.  Upon receiving the acceptance of the order confirmation, the Seller will send the Buyer a proforma invoice via email, with the bank details (IBAN) necessary to make the payment.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the prices – shown in the price list provided by the Seller – are fixed for deliveries within the period indicated in the offer and refer to delivery ex Seller’s warehouse (production); the Seller’s offer includes only packaging in cartons or boxes.
