Advisor Experience Good Life takes pride in providing personalized service to the advisors within each department of the organization. While our Broker Dealer provides the backbone for the advisors to operate, Good Life is the partner who helps advisors navigate their transition to independence from on-boarding through running the daily operations post transition. TRANSITIONS The transition team focuses on a one-on-one approach in handling the advisor’s transition. We tailor the transition specific to the advisors’ needs while maintaining the same internal repeatable processes. MARKETING When our advisors partner with Good Life they need to either update their existing marketing materials to be compliant, or they need to create everything from a DBA to a logo and all accompanying marketing materials. For advisors in need of a full “rebrand”, the advisors will go through a unique brand development process with Good Life to bring their new venture to life. While we have streamlined each of the marketing pieces from business cards and other stationery to even press releases, we still take a very personal approach to make sure the branding process reflects the advisor’s core value, beliefs and personality. Our team handles everything from the development stage to the compliance approval process. The main goal is to arm the advisor with all they need on day one of their transition. INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Within our Wealth Allocation Models program, Good Life’s in-house account management program, advisors have the opportunity to outsource all or part of their client’s account management. Fund exchanges and rebalances are automatically handled by the WAM department which allows the advisors to focus on servicing their clients. ADVISOR TRAINING Once the advisors transition to Good Life we work closely to train them on the new systems they will be using on a daily basis. ADVISOR RELATIONS In addition to supporting advisors through technology improvements, we also support them by proactively reaching out to them on a regular basis. By utilizing a complete list of Good Life services in which our advisors are enrolled, the Advisor Relations Team can have very pointed conversations about feedback on those departments, pass on department updates, and also provide any helpful information about services the advsor might not be taking advantage of at present. This proactive approach allows us to be fully engaged with our advisors and allows us to regularly update them with on-going items within Good Life. COMPLIANCE The final department which really takes a one-on-one approach to educating and servicing our advisors is our Compliance Department. After they onboard, our Compliance Department has a very proactive approach in obtaining information from them on a weekly basis through an online compliance memo submission. Having strong communication while being an advocate for our advisors is a fine balance our Compliance Department works hard to maintain. REAL ESTATE While the onboarding and transition teams are busy preparing the advisor to move clients and licenses over, our real estate team is busy building out their office. The Real Estate team works closely with the advisor to make sure we are meeting their needs in terms of location, office style, and overall office layout. The advisor is truly part of the process since it is ultimately the place they will call home. The advisor keeps in close communication with the real estate team until move-in day occurs. This active hands-on approach allows for the advisor to be part of the process while removing the obligation of coordinating the massive undertaking of building out the office. The advisors can make moving their revenue to their Broker Dealer the priority.
