Services Counselling – people can be referred for six sessions of available counselling, currently delivered over the phone, attend through anywhere or zoom. Causeway Peer support groups – held on Zoom weekly, there is Men do talk, time 2 talk, singing groups, gardening groups, cook alongs (monthly) and a weekly webinar facilitated by a member of staff. Carer's group – Twice a month for carers of people with mental health issues, there is also a handbook available that has been compiled by the carers with a full list of local resources. Physical activity – currently 1 to 1 sessions, encouraging people to get out for fresh air and physical activity with the goal of improving mental health. Employability – Focussing on mental health issues such as anxiety around interviews, improving self-esteem and confidence, around six sessions one to one currently by phone. My recovery resolution - Encouraging people to take part in enjoyable activities such as wellness walking, cooking and hobbies. One to one support – anxiety management, assertiveness, self-esteem and anger, currently by phone. Group courses – Mind kind, Living life to the full, Self- esteem, stress and anxiety group courses, held on Zoom.
