Hello Illuminites, This is our first newsletter of the year and we have A LOT of new faces who have joined our journey. So, this newsletter will be introducing them and finding out what we have planned so far for 2020. In 2020 we would LOVE to hear your thoughts on a few questions, they are: • what are we doing right as a business? • how could we improve as a business? • is there anything you personally could benefit from in your professional environment? Peterborough - New Starters It has been a while since we last did a newsletter, I will put the old new starters up here. They have been with us for a few months now. IITEC If you didn’t know (I’d be surprised) but Illumino Ignis Technical Ltd is a businesses which offers a range of services including Installation of fire alarm systems. We have a number of passionate people in our Blackpool office and engineers out on the road who are cementing our name in the industry. IITEC work out of our Blackpool branch and have use of all of the same facilities and state of the art training room! (As pictured below). We have brought in Warren Parkinson who has a fantastic reputation in the North West as MR FIRE. Warren will continue to push IITEC from strength to strength. Page | 12

ILLUMINO IGNIS (KENT) LTD So, if you didn’t know (which I highly doubt) Mr Simon Oram set up Illumino Ignis (Kent) Ltd in 2019 which is associated to us by name. It is a separate company but IIKL use our brand and service in order to provide local customers in and around the Kent area the service levels they require. Since inception IIKL has made massive waves in the Kent region and will be looking to push further in 2020. Simon Oram is a LOVELY GUY and you should all get to know him... NEW WEBSITE Our website has been a rollercoaster of emotions over the past few years, we knew we needed to change it, but finding the right time to do it was proving difficult... BUT, You will all be pleased to know phase one of the new Illumino Ignis website is now LIVE! Phase one includes a brand new layout and the main pages which will be used minus a products section. The fully functional website with all products will be ready for use by the end of March. (Exciting). Once it is working I will send an email with what you can look to achieve with our website! The aim is to bring us into the new age and also provide our customers a smoother journey with Illumino Ignis. www.illuminoignis.co.uk Feedback is incredibly important to us and how we move forward with the second phase of the website, so if something isn’t working or you have an idea to make the process even better on the website then please tell us.
