1st Philippine Lifelong Learning Conference Theme: TuTo: TUOS Towards Lifelong Learning Excellence Brief Summary: Lifelong learning has been a critical component of individual and organizational success. In this VUCA world, we are highly encouraged to embrace and practice lifelong learning as early as possible. In the pursuit to make lifelong learning accessible and sustainable for Filipino learners, Ask Lex PH Academy presents the 1st Philippine Lifelong Learning Conference with the theme TuTo: TUOS Towards Lifelong Learning Excellence. The conference will feature one (1) keynote speaker on lifelong learning, one (1) panel discussion on Continuous Improvement + Data Analytics, and one (1) panel discussion on Innovation + Sustainability from practitioners and thought leaders in the field. There will be a Data Analytics workshop leading to certification using a new data analytics solution in the town. The conference will conclude with a celebration of lifelong learning excellence through an awarding ceremony. This will be a day full of learning and exciting prizes from 100% discount vouchers, gadgets, cash prizes, and also items and perks from our partners and sponsors. ABOUT THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER Mr. RAY C. BERJA, MBA, CPA, CMA, CFC Chief Financial Officer – Airasia Ray Berja is a strategic business and commercial leader. He had been included in the inaugural list of the Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn for 2022. He was appointed last August 2022 as the Regional CFO and Group Head for Tax, Compliance and Procurement of airasia Super App that operates in the Asia Pacific. He is also

concurrently managing director of airasia Super Philippines. As the pioneering chief of airasia Super App, Ray leads the overall operations of the company and expansion of its 16 lines of business. He served as Airasia’s Chief Financial Officer for three years from July 2019 to December 31, 2022. Under his leadership as CFO, Airasia managed to survive the impacts of the pandemic, ensuring the robust financial health of the company. Ray is a well- decorated fintech and aviation leader. Prior to becoming Philippine Airasia’s CFO, he was named as Best Fintech CFO of the Year at the Global Excellence Awards in 2019 for his stellar performance as the CFO of Mynt— the company behind GCash. He also received an award as South East Asia Aviation CFO of the year in 2020. His diverse experience covers external audit firms, multinational companies, media company ABS-CBN, fast food giant Jollibee, and telecoms pioneer PLDT Global. Ray finished his high school from University of St. Louis Tuguegarao, took up Military Science from Philippine Military Academy and got his degree in BS Accountancy from Philippine School of Business Administration. He received his masters from the Ateneo De Manila University Graduate School and Regis University USA, and he also has a diploma in Financial Technology from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Ray is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Leadership at the Ateneo De Manila University but on a leave of absence status. Ray is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Consultant. For all of these journeys and feats, Ray believed in the power of God in Christ Jesus that is richly at work in him and provides favor in all his pursuits. He appreciates the many people around him who have encouraged him and supported him in all his journeys.
