OverviewCTLE Seafood, Inc. is a Canadiancompany with its own presence inChina (located in Dalian, China).CTLE Seafood, Inc. was incorporatedin 2005 in Canada, however, seafoodbusiness goes back severalgenerations which includedprocessing, fishing and trading fromearly 1970's to early 2000 withoperations ranging from CentralAmerica to South Asia. Today CTLESeafood, Inc. is full a time frozenseafood trading company which hasestablished partners in Iceland andWestern Canada, close co-operationsin Norway, North/South America,China and our own representativesin South Asia. This gives us theability to supply a wide selection offrozen seafood products to ourcustomers in North America, Europeand through out Asia only throughour trusted sources and partners.

ChinaWe have had our own presence in China for many years, both in terms of supplying to andsupplying out of China. For products out of China, our frozen fish products come in theforms of Whole Round, Headon Gutted, Headed and Gutted, Headed Gutted and Tail off,Fillets, Portions, Loins, Blocks, etc in IQF, Interleaved / Shatterpack and Block Frozen. Oursquid products are in the forms of Whole Round, Tubes, Tubes and Tentacles, Rings, etc inIQF and Block Frozen. Additionaly we also supply certain frozen shell fish products duringthe season. All our products come from our own selected partners who are HACCPcomplianced and EU approved. This gives us the ability to provide our customers a qualityproduct with competitive pricing.In terms of supplying to China, our products are shipped to processing plants for furtherreprocessing into Fillets, Portions, Loins, etc and to local importers for their domestic sales.Our sales to Chinese domestic importers continues to increase signifincantly every year,mainly due to the trust we have established in the market, our own presence in China andour wide selection of frozen seafood products at competitive pricing.

Products such asAtlantic Mackerel, Lumpfish, AtlanticRedfish, Capelin, Seacucumber, BlueWhiting and a few other items aresupplied seasonally.From Norway, we have beensupplying since 2005 various frozenseafood products such as AtlanticCod, Atlantic Mackerel, Haddock,Saithe, Greenland Halibut, Redfish, etcmainly for the Asian market.In addition to the above, we haverecently established supply of RazorClams from Netherlands and BrownCrab from UK, besides other products.
