PoSH Policy: No More Subjected To Malicious Conduct And Harassment By People In Power! The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) was introduced by the Supreme Court of India according to the Vishakha Guidelines (protection of women against sexual harassment). It is very necessary to protect women at the workplace by complying with the PoSH Law. This can be attained through Workshops and orientations. It is an important part to ensure awareness regarding the PoSH compliance India and the process of formation of ICC and its functioning.
